Check In/Out Time:	YOU MAY CHECK-IN ANY TIME AFTER 3 PM ON DAY OF ARRIVAL. ALL UNITS WILL BE READY BY 5 PM. CHECK-OUT IS 10 AM.
Cancellation Policy:	THE RESERVATION DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE IF CANCELLED 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE FOR CONDOS. 60 DAYS FOR CERTAIN PROPERTIES AND HOMES. 90 DAYS FOR WINTER GUESTS.--NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cleaning Policy:	THERE IS NO MAID SERVICES. RATES INCLUDE A ONE TIME LINEN/TOWEL SETUP AND ONLY THE AFTER DEPARTURE CLEAN-UP IS PROVIDED, MAID SERVICE FEES MAY BE CHARGED IF EXCESSIVE CLEANING IS REQUIRED AND ALSO IF STAY IS FOR ONLY 2 NIGHTS
