My familys stay at the Crystal Towers
This was our first time at the resort, we will definatly come again! The staff was very professional and friendly. The condo was amazing, couldnt ask for a more beautiful place for a vacation. The only negative issue with the rental was the smaller of the two bedrooms , facing the elevator. The blinds are not sufficent to block out the hall light, could not sleep in the room because of the very bright light, the couch was useful. I informed the lobby of the problem and they said most people put towels or newspaper over the window. I tried their suggestion ,did not work. Please dont think of this as a complaint or a reflection on your personel, its not, hopefully it will be taken as a suggestion to make the next guest completely satisfied. Loved the condo the beach and the area,THANXs
