Our newly opened 2008 Meeting Room accommodates upto 35 persons for a meeting. This room can be set up in any style i.e. theatre, banquet, classroom, etc. with table cloths, note pads and pens. The room has an area for refreshments to be placed, a writing board on the wall, telephones (with free local and long distance calls within the US), natural daylight with drapes (to darken for showing presentations) and free Wifi (as is the case throughout the hotel). Handicapped accessible restrooms are right outside the door along with vending machines, ice and water. The charge for the room is a very reasonable $50 plus 9% tax per day and you would have the meeting room for the entire day to use as you wish. Bookings are required.
