relaxation, beauty, peacefulI have stayed many places in Panama City, overall this place is my top pick for middleclass people. This isnt the place where you lose sight of your kids the moment they hit the beach or pool. It is on the laid back west end of Panama City beach, not far from the new lovely'' peir park ''which has plenty of things worth checking out! One of the best things about sugar sands is location, location, location.to the west of you, there are protected sand dunes, this means no condos, hi-rises or houses for a mile or so! no crowded beaches! to the east of you some condos and private beachouses. If you like too cook head down to buddys seafood market serving the freshest seafood in town, have them steam and season some srimp for you, you'll want it every night.located about 300 yards off the beach on hwy.79.The state park on the east end of the beach is a must do also.in the evening you'll see deer in the park and you may see an alligator in alligator pond, possibley a bald eagle also. A beautiful park to see.
