Reservation may be cancelled for non receipt of deposit. Cancellation, for reservations less than 30 days, requires 14 + days notice to avoid deposit forfiture. Reservation for 1 or more months requires 30+ days notice to avoid deposit forfeiture. A non-refundable $25.oo reservation processing fee will be charged on all cancelled reservations |

| Terms: |
Three night minimum stay on all major holidays, Spring and Summer: Studios and 1 bedrooms - 2 minght minimum; all others- 3 night minimum. Fall and Winter, 2 night minimum only. Minimal rental age is 25. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and will be required to leave. No charcoal grills may be brought on property. Charcoal grills are provided at each Pavillion, tennis courts, and various pools. Register boats, Jet Skis, and trailers at Main Gate. No Boat, Jet Ski, Motorcycle Trailer parking on property. Limited off-site parking is available at a nightly charge. It is the responsibility of the trailer owner to find additional storage if the lot is full. Units are fully equipped, including linens, cookware, microwave, VCR & cable TV. Beach towels are not provided. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and water sports equipment are available for rent from the Beach Service. Laundromats are located throughout the property. Sandpiper Cove is NOT responsible for any valuables left in the unit. |

$200 Deposit is required within 14 days of making a reservation. Reservation may be cancelled for non receipt of deposit. This deposit will be transfered to a damage deposit upon check in. |
