Nice for the priceMy husband and I arrived at the hotel. The room we received had a large vaccum cleaner and humidifer running in the foyer, but the room was very clean. My husband went and told the front desk and they very politely gave us a new room. The new room was clean and very nice. We had a wonderful stay and a friendly staff.

Worst hotel room I have ever stayed in.The manager and the staff were all incompetent. We had a loud noise problem at midnight and the manager would not even take care of it I had to take care of it myself. Also the cleaning people did not give us new towels or clean our room or make up our beds. We had to get our own towels. Trust me on this don't listen to the good reviews. This is the worst place to stay. They also said continental breakfast but when we got there, they said they didn't have one.

Origin at Seahaven & Seahaven beach hotelBe careful when using this hotel and their properties. On the web site they show you a wonderful tall white high rise with tons of amenities. You tell them what type of room you want and they place you anywhere within the three properties. The kick is that they don't tell you there are three properties. That's how we ended up in the ghetto Seahaven beach Hotel across the street from the tall white high rise. The HVAC vents were rusted and full of lint and dust. HVAC Filters hadn't been changed in years. There was something thick that was poured down the back of the main door. The room smelled like a garbage can until we febreezed the heck out of it. The carpets stunk to high heaven. The pots and pans in the room would not suffice for my dog! The comforter on the bed was dirty and had to be xchanged. When they exchanged it, they left the new one outside of the door on the ground. The sheets had make up on them. The ceiling was coming down in the sitting area. The patio door was difficult to open and lock. The place was nasty. Oh one good thing>>>the shower heats up really quick.
They offered us a smoking room, of which there were none. They ask you if you have any requests upon making reservations. I asked them to put us on the highest floor possible upon our check in. Upon arrival I was told that my room on the third floor had already been assigned and that will be where we stay. The clerk looked and acted like she was mad at the world. We told her what was going on and she could only say that there are no refunds. Needless to say, we stayed in the Ghetto across the street from the nice picture they posted online. We or anyone we know will ever book in that hotel or their properties ever again!
Our bad!

worst hotel experience ever!!!please do not waste your money on this place!!! its a hole in the wall place...i came during spring break and they treated everyone so crappy and failed to inform people making reservations online that there is a 250 dollar deposit or the 25 dollar non refundable deposit required for people under 25. they wouldnt even properly clean your room, make your bed, and if you wanted clean towels YOU had to go get them. i felt like i was in a dorm room. i have never seen anything like it, i work at a hotel so i know how it is suppossed to be done. this place is not worth the money they charge dont waste your money.
