Gulfside Townhomes are located on the sugar white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Family oriented complex that is built in a horseshoe style layout. The Pool is in a landscaped Tropical courtyard offering the perfect setting for family picnics. Ground level carports provide private entry to these two level townhomes. The main level includes living and dining areas, kitchen, laundry facility and half bath. A private balcony offers either a direct or indirect view of the Gulf of Mexico. Master bedrooms and Guest bedrooms and second bathrooms reside on the second or top floor. Master bedrooms have private baths and private balconies.
Complex has covered parking, all units are NON-SMOKING and Free amenities included.(FREE CHARTER FISHING TRIP, FREE DOLPHIN CRUISE & FREE WATERPARK ADMISSION)

CHECK-IN:
Check-in is at the main reservation office beginning at 3PM. Your confirmation will include directions to our office and to the vacation property. Guests arriving after 5PM of the day of check-in, or checking in on a Sunday, should contact the reservations department for instructions on picking up keys and parking passes. This is best done the day before arrival so that we can better support special requirements if necessary.

Check out is at 10AM for all properties. Guests who delay check out beyond 10AM will be charged for an additional day. DO NOT LEAVE KEYS IN THE UNIT. Keys are to be returned to the main reservation office.

Condominium daily/weekly: The reservation security deposit will be returned less the processing fee for all cancellations 30 days or more before scheduled check-in date. The reservation security deposit and processing fee will be forfeited for cancellations 29 days or less prior to scheduled check-in date.
Homes and Monthly: The reservation security deposit will be returned less the processing fee for all cancellations 90 days or more before scheduled check-in date. The reservation security deposit will be forfeited for cancellations 89 days or less prior to scheduled check-in date. In the event the property is rented for the entire period of the cancelled reservation where the deposit has been forfeited, the deposit will be returned. A $25.00 non-refundable service fee is assessed for all cancelations.
