Great central location in Saint James City for a 3/2 Stilt home that has been recently remodeled.

About the property

Very desirable stilt vacation rental in a wonderfully friendly and quiet neighborhood. Old Saint James City has a convenience store, post office and restaurants with live entertainment where golf carts are allowed on the public roads to access them. Enjoy Pine Island with its many boutiques, art galleries and great local dining. Saint James City is "The Tarpon Fishing Capital of the World" so make sure to rent a boat or take your own. The 3 bedroom and 2 bath home is perfect location to get away after a long day of fishing and sight seeing in SWFL.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Avacado. This home was expertly renovated and has been thoughtfully furnished with high quality furniture and appliances. Its kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The house is located in a nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Everything Saint James City has to offer is just a short walk or bicycle ride away. The Castaways staff was very helpful and accommodating. We are definitely looking forward to our next visit.
