Condo was very nice however the pocket door for the bedroom needs to be fixed so it can be locked from inside the bedroom and there were several light bulbs that needed to be replaced. Also the cable service did not work in the unit.

We brought our granddaughters, 8 and 3 years old with us. Had a great time. Great condo, great location. Unfortunately, there was a rug in the hallway that we all kept tripping over and on the last night there, our 3 year old ended up in the emergency room with 4 stitches to her face. I contacted coral reef and let them know. Just because, I'm site no one was aware that the rug was so loose and such a fall hazard. They were going to secure it. Accidents happen! Our emergency room experience was great, thankfully. Not an ideal ending to our vacation, but a memorable one. We would definitely stay here again! This was not meant to be a complaint.

Unit 8 is decorated beautifully. Sam the resident turtle footrest gives character to the property. It is steps from the beach where we were pampered with chairs and umbrellas on the private beach. The office staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. We will rent this unit again. The living room furniture is not quite as pictured on the website. My husband was looking forward to the lazyboy chair ( for his back issues).

We have stayed countless times in different condos at the Coral Reef club over the years. We have always been very happy and pleased with our stays and this year did not disappoint as usual. Beautiful condo with everything we needed. Always looking forward to returning!

We've stayed at Coral Reef many times over the years and it has never disappointed. Great location, great service, all units we have stayed in have been great and the beach access is superb. This particular unit at this time is fine but it is due to be refreshed. Again, we still enjoyed our stay just providing you some honest feedback. We will be back next year!

Very nice basic Condo with direct ocean view and Balcony. Condos are older yet remodeled units. The great beauty is in location and access to beautiful Beach and Destin Amenities. Great for 2 people with 2 children. We have traveled to Destin since the 1990's and this has become our go to place to stay.

We have stayed in 8 two years in a row now. Next year we are sharing a 3rd floor with my sister in law and her family but since we like 8 so much, my mother in law booked 8!!! Kitchen is fully equipped (which I appreciate bc I love to cook), the master bed is super comfortable, and the location is PERFECT!

We enjoyed this rental very much. It was better than the one we stayed in last year, mainly because there was a second bathroom with a shower. Both showers were great! The unit could use an overall deep clean, especially the kitchen cabinets. A vacuum would be useful inside the unit to deal with the sand. Location couldn't be more perfect with a short walk down to the beach. Easy to head back up to grab lunch or something you may have forgotten.

Very satisfied. been renting the same unit for years. Always clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend Coral Reef to anyone. Look forward to it every year. I actually book for the next year when I’m there. Only thing. I wish they would put a recliner back instead of the game chair.

Unit was clean. Everything was functional. The unit needs a coffee table instead of a travel trunk. Several of the wall outlets need to be replaced. The maintenance man changed out 2 outlets and the switch to the overhead outlet in the kitchen. After he left we found several other outlets that were loose. Big problem is the ceiling. We could hear every step the people in the unit about us took. All the people in the office were very helpful and friendly.

This is my second time in this unit. It is in a prime location. While there are signs of wear and tear in the unit it is furnished beautifully and sets the tone for a perfect beach vacation. I hope to stay in this unit again on my next trip to Destin.

Rental was clean and had everything we needed. Location can’t be beat. Convenient to shopping and restaurants however, we are there for the beautiful beach!

This is a great place to stay. It is well managed. The unit was clean as could be. I would recommend that the owner replace the two chairs in the living area. One is way too low and the other doesn't recline at all. Other than the chairs, this is a great unit and we plan to rent it again next year. Thanks to the management, desk people and especially to the cleaning staff.
