We really relaxed and enjoyed every minute of this vacation . Our room was wonderful and very comfortable ! It had everything we needed and felt like home. The two king beds were soooo comfortable and we slept so well. The kitchen had everything . We cooked in a few meals which is great to enjoy the beach longer some days. We appreciate the two chairs that come with the room I just wish we didn’t have to go down so early and sit a few hours until she came around to reserve them since it states you can’t reserve them with a towel. They took our name down in past years and they put it on our chairs .
But it was still wonderful and we will be back next year ! This resort is a well kept secret. We love the family atmosphere !

We loved our condo, it had everything we needed and more. My husband loved the big 60” TV. Waking up to the beautiful view of the gulf was such a treat. Weather was perfect.

The condo (304) was perfect. Two king beds, everything you need, and enough room for everyone. The beach is great and comes with complimentary two chairs and umbrella.

This was my first time staying at a rental property so I did not know what to expect however, it was a beautiful experience. Everything was clean and so nicely decorated. Everything you needed this rental property had matching dishes, pots, pans, glasses, blender you name it and they had it. I hated to leave and I will definitely be back. Did I mention how clean it was? Cleanliness is everything to me. The staff was very nice. Thanks 304 until we meet again.

This rental is my favorite, and we have been staying at Holiday Surf for years!! Beautifully updated, clean unit, with beautiful views! The first night, the battery died in the smoke alarm and the front desk sent someone immediately to fix it. Easy check in/out process and staff was amazing! We will be back next year!

We’ve been going to HSRC for 12 years now. The only thing I don’t understand, is why the beach service would not arrange our rooms beach chairs in a circle, or even together in a row. We are a family that rents four units from Saturday to a Saturday. Seems like it’s a small request.

Room 304 is a nicely equipped and updated unit. The Keurig coffee maker was nice to have, and the appliances were great. The unit is clean, and offers a nice combination of easy access and good view.
That said, there are a couple downsides to be aware of...
If you are a light sleeper, I would consider a different unit as the A/C is extremely loud. For example, we had to keep shutting it off while we were in the kitchen or dining room so we could actually hear each other talking at a normal volume.
For the master bedroom that has a window facing the ocean and a door to the balcony, there are no curtains/blinds that block out the light. Wasn't an issue for us, but if you're not an early morning person, I would suggest bringing along something to block the light.

The unit we stayed in was so nicely decorated that I thought it was better than home. My wife even said that we needed a new mattress after sleeping on theirs. The unit had everything we needed on our stay! When I show friends pictures of the beach they said WOW it is so beautiful.

We were very pleased with our stay in Condo was great to have a full kitchen with cookware and all utensils. The condo is well maintained and clean. Beds were very comfortable.
We needed additional beach chairs every day of our stay, which ended up costing us an addition $240. I would prefer being offered a cost for the week (for a lot less) or the option to pay a set amount each day verses one option.

The condo was beautiful! It was cold our first two days but it warmed up later. We have stayed her for 30 years and this was one of the best rentals. Very clean and comfortable. The only suggestion is that a recliner would have been nice.:)

This condo was everything we expected. All you really need is to bring your clothing and a will to relax. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony every morning and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean at night. The owners have gone to great lengths to make your stay enjoyable. Everything you need, with the exception of food, to get through the first few days is supplied. There is a Dollar General and a Winn-Dixie within a mile and a half. I suppose our only two dings would be that the owners need to add blinds to the master bedroom. The resort needs to fix the lighting in the BBQ area. We would stay here again no questions.

We have stayed at Holiday Surf several times, and it never disappoints. We were forced to evacuate for a few days due to a hurricane, but they opened back up quickly and refunded us for the days we missed.

Overall had a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend and consider going back. Our condo was great only wish it had a washer and dryer in the unit and wish the bbq area had umbrellas to block the heat of the sun.

This is an excellent unit. I am suggesting a few changes to enhance guest stays even more. The couch could use a good cleaning. Placemats for the dining room table and coasters for beverages would be good additions and help to protect the property. We were given an incorrect gate code when we checked in, but got it fixed the next day.

Absolutely amazing. We arrived and went to the unit we originally booked. The fumes from the cleaning chemicals were so strong, we could barely stand it. And our 3 year old son has asthma. My wife went down & explained this to 'LAURA' at the front desk. SHE WAS AWESOME! Switched us right away. She couldn't have been more professional. We will try and book 304 again. Awesome condo!

We vacation in Destin every April. We always stay at HSRC. This year we stayed in unit 304 and was very pleased with our stay. This room has all the comforts of home and the owner has spared no expense on furnishing the condo. We highly recommend this room.
