We had a great time at Holiday Surf and Racquet (Unit 308). The condo was clean and exactly as the pictures showed. Some reviews commented on the condo being "old" and maybe some aspects were a bit worn (mostly the bathroom tile, etc.) however, it was not a problem. The place was still very clean, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and the staff was very friendly and available for help and questions. The beach service was a plus and provided for a great beach experience. I would definitely recomend this to others looking to stay in the Destin, FL area.

We had a great time at the beautiful beach. The condo was perfect and met all of our needs. The water was so clear and we were excited to see a manatee. The staff was so friendly and attentive to our needs.

The building itself is nice however the unit was a bit dated and certain things/walls had damage to them. Upon entering we filled out a damage report sheet and it was longer than one would like to see considering how much we paid :/ also it did run out of hot water pretty fast while showering. Other than those things our stay was pleasant.

We had the best time. Our unit was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved having the beach service each day. Not having to worry about dragging chairs and an umbrella down to the beach each day.

Our rental was very clean. No bugs in sight our entire 5 day stay which is honestly #1 for me. We had a good view of the ocean and pool. Great experience.

This place was easy to locate and check in. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located to many things to do. We had a group of five friends and it was plenty of room. The beach is right there and very pretty. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

First time to Destin and this place was great! Close to everything. Staff was very helpful. Beaches were beautiful. The pool is a little small so it gets crowded fast, but we are beach people so it didn't bother us. The complimentary umbrella and chairs were awesome, nice that we didn't have to haul our own. The parking lot was being redone, but both the asphalt company and the resort did an amazing job of accommodating everyone. We will definitely be back.

My family has always enjoyed HS&RC. however, the beach umbrella situation since Scott left has been terrible. The kids who run it are rude and inconsiderate. There needs to be a better operation for this. AWFUL!!! otherwise, no problems.

We have stood at this property four of the last five years. Unit 308 was definitely the worst. The shower had mold, the extra blanket dirty/bloody and the full size bed was caved in the middle. Also the balcony has a row of missing tiles. Our group of four will never stay in this room in the future.

The location was prefect. The room was very nice and the view was amazing. The only complaint was my door would open automatically and I was advice that you had to put a code in to lock the door even when you are in the room.

The queen bed in the second bedroom needs to be replaced. We were constantly rolling toward the middle. We even flipped the mattress and it was no better. Keypad on entry door was not working the entire visit, but we went old-school and got a key.

No one swept before we arrived. Had to be 3 days worth of sand on the floors. Coffee cups in cabinet as if they were clean but there was dried coffee rings on the inside of the mugs.

Wonderful room! Was very clean and organized. We had a great 4 day stay! Only problem was the second bedroom is described online as a Queen bed, however it is a Full size bed.

The condo was a little dated, but clean and had everything we needed. Very quiet and peaceful. Location was great and easy beach access. Lower units can't see the beach due to a dune.

Everything worked perfectly. Very nice location. Super nice guy doing beach service. No problems. Room had everything we needed and was in excellent condition. Tennis court in bad shape. Pool is very crowded, but, generally, the whole place is very nice.

Great stay beautiful beach and pool and that was what we were looking for. Condone needs some updating but we were with our teenage grandkids so was not looking for something we had to worry about. View was spectacular. We wished the washer and dryer were working but we managed. We would duffently book again as we felt the facility was very accommodating as we booked from Wednesday to Wednesday. Was really a great vacation.
