Our unit 321 was excellent. Very nice unit. HS&RC is our go-to condo . Very friendly and helpful staff.
The condo itself was in the throes of some kind remodeling construction which was somewhat inconvenient, but not a major problem.
We had a great time and will go back.

We were so relived to make it to this condo on our vacation. The surrounding area is beautiful and the gated entrance makes the property feel safe. My highest priority when looking for a vacation rental is cleanliness and this was the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in!! We also loved the updated renovation and decor. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook during our stay. The appliances looked brand new. The whole condo was family friendly. The balcony overlooked the ocean and was spacious. The beach chair service, pool and tennis/pickle ball were all fun bonuses to the property. It’s also located in central location to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We’ve told our family and friends about Holiday Surf and Racquet Club and we look forward to visiting again!

This Minnesota family loved our stay! We picked this unit because it had 2 separate beds in the second bedroom and for the decor. It really ended up being completely our style. With the large kitchen table, the kids played cards. The balcony was amazing for coffee in the mornings, watching dolphins swim off shore. The chair service was also a HUGE benefit. Everything about our stay was perfect. Our kids are already planning next years trip back! Not kidding!

The room we reserved had to be changed because of maintenance that was required. Fortunately Megan Pollak was able to get us two rooms, one for four nights and one for three nights. It was inconvenient to move but that was better than losing our vacation. Thank you Megan.

Our stay could not have been better! We absolutely loved the decor of the unit and it was well equipped! All the amenities were perfect. We have stayed at this facility every summer for over 10 years and this was our favorite stay yet.

This condo was beautiful and the decor was so fancy. The beds are very comfortable. Amazing view from the balcony also. It was also pretty neat seeing that the vintage door had a sign on it that it was from Bowling Green, KY that was in the condo.

I could not have loved this condo anymore, they really thought of everything. The condo was very spacious and super clean. The bed in the master slept perfectly, my son was also happy with the second bedroom. The kitchen has everything you can think of and more, also the condo has a very large table along with additional seating at the bar. The entire condo is updated with all new everything. You can't go wrong staying here! We had a great view of the gulf and the tennis courts which was very nice. **Do bring a fan if you are a very hot sleeper like myself, the ac unit only goes down to 68** We can not wait to stay here again!

We had a great week in condo 321! This condo is tastefully decorated and updated with comfortable bedding and adorable decor. The condo was extremely cute! Great views and everyone loved the decor. But it was extremely dusty. I don’t think anyone had dusted in over a month it was that bad. We also found a cockroach in our shower one morning. I almost had a heart attack it was disgusting. This is our 4th time staying at holiday surf and racquet club, we love the location and view of the beach.

Loved the decor and all the different collected pieces, especially the old door from 440 main restaurant in Bowling Green, KY. Very surprised to find a piece of home in the room but loved it. It had all the appliances and everything that you would normally use. Loved the location of the room. Will definitely be back and of course we will have to have room 321. Loved everything, the beach, the staff, all the amenities.

We had an amazing stay at Holiday Surf and Racquet. This is the only place we stay as long as I can remember when we would come to Destin. It feels like home! The room was very nice and clean, and smelled amazing. We love that the umbrella and chairs are included, and the fact that it is overall pretty quiet. The descriptions were accurate regarding layout and amenities. We had an issue with the key pad but ended up getting a physical key which was taken care of quickly, no issues there. We enjoyed eating at Boshamps, Margaritaville, and the Back Porch, and did mini golf, go carts and the fireworks sailboat excursion. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back-no matter how long we stay it is never long enough!

The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and the view was gorgeous! The only suggestions would be that the bed in the guest room and the kitchen could use some bigger bowls like for a big salad. Maybe a guest book would be cute. But overall it was wonderful and we would definitely stay again! Thank you

Woke up to drink coffee on the balcony and look at the ocean. Took the quick walk the beach during the day and enjoyed the warm water and white sands. Lots of great restaurants everywhere. The pool was clean and warm. Slept well in a nice bed in a clean condo!

Loved the decor in the unit however, we found it to be dusty and dirty. We were not comfortable using the dishes nor cooking in the unit. We found hair in the corners of the bathrooms and attempted not to look elsewhere. We also tried not to look at the ac vents. The bed sheets appeared to be very old and were not comfortable. The couch may also need some good cleaning in between the cushions. Cabinets, utensils, dishes, ceilings, bathrooms, pretty much too to bottom and wall to wall need a detailed cleaning.

We absolutely loved the condo it was just as described the decor was so cute and trendy. Loved the view it was awesome to get up early and have breakfast on the balcony and watch the dolphins and ships roll out. Would definitely stay here again the staff was so friendly and nice,also loved that the condo wasnt on located on a busy road also really close to grocery store and restaurants! Hope to come back again next year!

The condo itself was BEAUTIFUL. I rented this just unit just because I loved the pictures on vrbo so much! Newly redecorated and up to date with cute vintage type decorations. Nice beach view. Easy access to the beach. The XPlorie amenities were a huge plus. Used one deep sea fishing trip. Would have been great had it not stormed while out. XPlorie staff was very helpful. The weather during our trip was rough. It rained all three days we were there but was still a beautiful place to be. The gym was very nice too! The staff was extremely helpful. The only negative I would list is that there is no washer and dryer directly in the unit. They are on the 4th & 6th floors and charge you per load. All in a great vacation and amazing condo.

We had a great time during our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and really clean. The beach view was gorgeous. We enjoyed the carts provided to bring luggage/groceries to our condo. The management staff was very attentive. They provided a new television when ours was having problems. The only change we would make would be to add blinds to the master bedroom window/door. It was an incredibly wonderful week and we will definitely stay here again!

Our until 321, is absolutely adorable. It has a vintage decor with modern feel. The beaches are not too crowded, with a first come first serve for umbrella set-ups. They will even set them in big groups for you. The set-ups were never more than two rows deep, and of course, you can bring your own and set up in front. The road in front has minimal traffic and nice sidewalks for running and walking. We also enjoyed the gym. There are many restaurants and charter boat services that are a short drive through the highway traffic. (10 minutes, max), but you don't have to fight any traffic to get to Target or Walgreens.
We never had trouble finding a parking spot at HSRC.

We have been coming to Holiday Surf and Racquet Club since 1985. We owned a unit there in the early 1990's. Without a doubt, this year we had the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. It was like Chip and JoAnna Gaines had decorated it. All the upgrades to the facility were wonderful as well.

The decor and spirit of this unit was warm and inviting. It felt like a sweet cottage on the beach. Everything was immaculate and design with care. The beds were comfortable and linen nice. I couldn’t think of anything negative other than the one day of bad weather! Thank you!

The newly decorated condo was super clean and had a wonderful view right on the beach. Management immediately responded to all questions and concerns. Mattress in second bedroom needs to be replaced. Otherwise was a flawless stay. We were surprised water was still so cold but sand is soft and pure white and super clean. Best beach I've seen in the USA.
