We had a great time. The condo was far from the elevator. That would be my only complaint. Second time staying at this resort and we love it. Love that they added shopping carts to bring groceries up with.

We had an awesome 5 night stay. We arrived super late due to a delayed flight but the check in process was easy even at 1:30am. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our 1st time on the Emeral Coast. HSRC was perfect for us and our accommodations were very nice and clean. The decor and layout was perfect. Only negative is the mattresses were very uncomfortable (all 3 mattresses need replacing). Besides the mattresses, everything else was A+ (5 stars).

404 is a beautifully decorated condo! The pictures don’t do it justice. If I were to decorate a beach house, I would do it just like 404. The view from the balcony is unbeatable! This is our 4 th time staying at HSRC and we love it. We love Holiday Isle because it is much less crowded at the beach. The pool is beautiful, all the common areas are clean and inviting. We can’t wait to return!!

Week in Destin , clean, easy access to beach!

We wanted a quiet location with private beach access. we have two small children and the condo was perfect space/size for us. The beach set up was great, very safe and family friendly. Get down to claim your chairs early in the morning. The negatives: The pool was closed one day, so that was a bummer, and the beds in our unit were very worn/not comfortable.

First time in Destin.The Water was beautiful.we had an awesome time, quiet peaceful relaxing everything was convenient for us to drive or walk.
Awesome 10 out of 10! I would definitely recommend this to anyone, romantic getaway, family getaway, friends retreat, even solo. just awesome no one bothered us which was a major plus. (I don't like being bothered while on vacation AT ALL. My peace is everything) lol.I will be back soon Definitely !

This is a beautifully furnished, very comfortable condominium that was probably more well-equipped than most we’ve stayed at on the gulf coast. Our view was gorgeous from our balcony and the furnished umbrella and chairs on the beach. Staff was friendly and efficient. We were close to lots of restaurants on the beach and nearby shopping. It was our second time at HDRV and we definitely plan to return.

Beautiful condo and great location! It was very nicely renovated and decorated as well. Our only issue was that the internet went out and it was reported on Saturday morning, but did not get repaired before we departed on Sunday. We truly enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

My family and I were very impressed with the decor! So charming, modern, with a very appropriate beach style. Ample space to accommodate all guest and super well equipped with lots of kitchen appliances/tools. Really cannot wait to go back to Destin and hopefully have this condo available for us again.

We have been coming to HSRC for 9 years and for the most part we love it...white sand, beautiful beach,etc. This year was upsetting to say the least. We arrived to no pool ,some units had no heat, some have no land line phones. Most distressing were the rats that were found in many units and the early exit date for 2019.(March 2, 2019)..Saying this we will come back next year, mainly because of all the snowbird friends we have there. The unit we stay in (404) has a new owner and we are looking forward to updates they may make to the unit, but hope that they leave all the great storage cupboards..LOOKING FORWARD TO A BETTER YEAR IN 2019

This our second stay at Holiday Surf and really like the complex. The beach service is excellent, front desk staff is exceptional and the place is always clean. We had an issue with our coffee pot and they took care of it right away.

The condo was fabulous - great location and very clean and nicely appointed. The view from the balcony was beautiful! The condo was only a 1/2 mile walk to the jetties for snorkeling. The pool was very nice and we loved playing shuffleboard. We also loved the free movie rentals each night and the free beach chairs/umbrella. The only issues we encountered were very minor maintenance type issues. The light switches only controlled table top lamps - not the overhead lights - in the bedrooms. We had to control the lights and ceiling fans with the pull strings. The pull string was broken in the secondary bedroom so we had to turn the actual light bulbs to turn the overhead lights on and off. Also, the sink and shower did not drain properly in the master bathroom. They appeared clogged and took a long time for the water to go down. We reported these issues to the front desk after the first night but no one ever came to repair these issues during the rest of the five night stay. Although a little annoying, these issues were minor and really did not affect our stay that much. The view and the location outweighed these inconveniences. We would definitely stay at Holiday Surf and Raquet again!

Our experience was wonderful as always. I have been coming to HS&RC since I was fourteen (14). I'm now 48 and bring my family every summer. It is like a second home to my family.
