We have stayed on this property for several years, this was my least favorite. It had no broom, bath tubs weren’t the best as in clean. There was no cookie sheets, so made it hard to make certain things without a flat pan.

We had a wonderful stay with you. We checked in early and left late. Thank you for that convenience. One of the toilet chains broke and it was fixed asap. The beach service is always a plus. 100% satisfied. See you next year for girls trip 2026!

This unit was very nice for my mom and kids. We really enjoyed all the amenities and the location of the unit and the ocean view. This unit sleeps 5 to 6 people and was very well maintained.

Even before arrival,I felt confident in knowing that all of our reservations and requests were correct and fulfilled because of the professionalism of the staff members at the front desk and beyond
Angela,Alex, Megan,Jessica were also excellent in helping our large group(80) obtain the beautiful party room for one of our events.
Angela even checked on us several times to make sure things were running smoothly!!
The property is pristine and so is the staff!
We will continue to vacation at one of our favorite spots!

My family and I were satisfied with this property and room 607. The room itself was updated however there were some cosmetic things like the vanity door in the master bath was damaged and some of the patio furniture was not usable. The mattress in the master bedroom was also in need of replacing because it sunk in terribly in the middle. The sectional was comfortable, the dining table was huge, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the view was beautiful. Overall, I would stay there again.

We’ve been staying at HSRC for years, every summer. The condo was great. We had more than enough space for 3 of us! Loved the 6th floor, views were awesome and we could see the fireworks form the front balcony. A couple negatives: 1. There were huge piles of hair stuck to the tile in the shower, we notified the front desk and the housekeeper never showed up. It was clear that the shower was never cleaned prior to our arrival which is just gross in the current climate. 2. The chair situation is so weird. They tell you at check-in that you can’t reserve chairs before 9am and you can’t tag a chair unless you’re actually using it. However, it’s not enforced. People tagged chairs and left front row chairs empty until 1-2pm which was a real bummer for those of us that followed the rules and could only get back row. If there are going to be rules like that, they need to be enforced. Also, make sure you’re aware that people line up around 8:15am in order to attempt to grab a front row spot at 9am. Regardless, we’ll be back because we really do love the resort and being downtown in Destin for easy access to restaurants and shops.

The location was awesome. Steps from the beach and the amenities like the pool, tennis courts and shuffle board were nice. The staff is friendly. But the unit we stayed in for the price definitely needed some work. It was decorated very nicely but had some issues. The floor was dirty, there was an outlet with no cover, the toilet kept clogging and the mattress in the master bedroom was old and uncomfortable. Also wish would of been given a heads up they were working on the unit next door.

Great location. Parking was a bit tricky in the evening. Very limited. Although the unit as a whole was clean. Unfortunately there was a blood stain on the underside of the comforter.

The staff was very helpful and nice, they made you feel like you were at home. The whole experience is one I'm ready to try again. The location was on spot. Things to do at the hotel was plentiful and just overall nice. I'm real big on the bathroom area and that would be the only downside of the trip. For the money the main bathroom needs an up grade for SURE!!! But over all I would rent that unit again and and the patio needs some type of table added like the other units so other than the changes I loved this unit.

Unit was comfortable and very clean - just as pictured in photos. New appliances and well stocked kitchen made meal prep a breeze. We enjoyed the pool, shuffleboard, and pickle ball. But were frustrated with periodic limited laundry facilities and no access to beach chairs/umbrella (was included in our contract). Also restaurants/bars are not walkable, and traffic on 98 can be difficult.

Our stay at 607 could not have been better! We had a relaxing and memorable week and can’t wait to return! The property was cozy and our family loved the special touches and decor in our unit! My parents and sister and brother in law also stayed at Holiday Surf and Racquet as well. They were also very impressed and look forward to returning! We all loved the easy access to the beach, reserved beach chairs, amazing ocean views from our balcony, the fact that the property is off the main strip of Destin, the ease of getting around the property as well as the cleanliness.

We love Holiday Surf and Racquet and have stayed here for years. The property is clean and well maintained and we love the beach service. We love that its a smaller property which means less crowding on the beach. Unit 607 is a newer remodeled unit with modern fixtures and decor. Some things are showing wear, but hopefully the owner will attend do that in the offseason.

Very Good, Weather was great, beach was great.
Room was nice. Only a couple issues...power outage was inconvenient, no emergency lights in room and refrigerator smelled like fish. I called Housekeeping, but not sure if they ever came up to look at it.

Enjoyed our stay with my daughter and family. A special thank you to the life guards who set up our beach chairrs. Because of my husbands health problems, we required help adjusting the umbrella and they anticipated our needs and were friendly and pleasant.

We loved the condo and proximity to the beach. Our only issue inside the condo was that the wifi would not connect for longer than a minute or two and the management there was unable to do anything about it. The landline phone provided also did not work, but we only wanted to use it to call the front desk. We had an issue with a shower head part breaking and maintenance repaired that quickly. The beach and pool were very nice, but the pool was not heated in early April which it really needed to be, especially in the mornings.
