We used to come to Destin yearly, but hadn’t been in some time. We had always stayed at the same place up the road, but they have never really updated their units and their pricing was not reflective of that. We are very happy to have decided to stay at HSRC. We picked this property solely because of unit 620. Our room was extremely clean and not worn down at all. The location was perfect for the beach view and hearing the waves crash. We loved the high stools on the balcony. The furniture was very plush and comfortable for lounging. The beds were all super comfy, which is a rare find. The appliances were very nice and the kitchen fully outfitted with everything down to brand new frying pans. We also loved the monkey access to the condo as well as the gated property.
The only downside to the property for us was the trash procedures. The dumpsters are quite a long walk away unless you want to go down 6 flights of stairs while carrying heavy bags of trash. Where we used to stay had trash shoots on either end so we never had a long distance to walk. It’s not a deal breaker at all, just a bit of a pain. Some type of rolling trash cart for help in transport would be fabulous!
We will absolutely be staying here again and cannot wait for next year!

We’ve been visiting Holiday Surf & Racquet Club for nearly 20 years.
Condo 620 is one of our favorites. Love the huge couch and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking supplies.
We love the decor of the condo, it’s lovely with all the light colors and light aqua colors.
This year was our first year with our grand baby and it was extra
special.
Can’t wait for next year. ❤️

This is my 3rd time staying at Holiday Surf and Raquet Club because I love everything about the resort!!! Love that it is a gated community on a lovely street off the main highway with beautifully landscaped property. The beach chairs and umbrella set-up on a not so crowded beach is great!! Unit 620 was spotless and decorated perfectly and so comfortable for a memorable week at the beach!! The unit was also well stocked with any and everything needed for all my family members!!The staff are phenomenal!! I would highly recommend and will return!!

This has been our 11th stay at HSRC and we love unit 620. It’s close to the end with a staircase to get down to the beach quickly. The unit has everything you need. Appreciate the full length mirror and beach chairs for the kiddos. We use to fit 6 people in it easily but as the kids have gotten older this time we only us and our youngest. Perfect space for that too. Love the new couch and the large TVs. We will be back again next year! Thanks for sharing your space

This unit was a great condo. It has been updated and love the view. The management is superb here...very friendly and accommodating. The beach umbrellas and chairs are a plus with each room. You do have to go down in the morning and get a chair for the day.

Girls trip for first timers in Destin was amazing. The condo was perfect, cozy, and clean. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Alex assisted us on multiple occasions and was very professional and excellent customer service. The staff on the beach with the umbrellas and chairs had great customer service as well and made the beach experience so easy and relaxing. The pool was shaded in the afternoon which made for a nice relaxing swim after a long day in the sun on the beach. Already planning our next trip to Holiday Surf and Racquet club.

We stayed in condos 694, 612, 620, 623. They were all spotless with everything we could need. The pool was great. Condos were just steps from the ocean., where the beach was very nice.

This unit was perfect. Spacious, well stocked, clean, comfy beds and furniture. The view was amazing and nice balcony furniture too. The sand is soft like flour and the beach clean. We didn’t use the pool but the water felt warm and lots of tables and lounge chairs. so fun to have Pickleball Courts too. The staff at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club are friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend Holiday Surf & Racket Club.

This was our first time staying at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club. We have been staying at a different condo in Destin for 15+ years. This year due to overcrowding at our usual condo, we decided to stay somewhere different. We are glad we switched. Holiday Surf and Racquet Club provided quiet family fun without the crowding. We will definitely return!

My family recently visited Holiday Surf and stayed in unit 620. While this is far from our first visit to this resort, it is our first stay in 620. This unit was fully stocked and nicely remodeled. It is one of the nicest units we have stayed at on this property. This kids enjoyed the pool and tennis courts as usual and the view of the ocean....breathless. The beach access is what brings us back year after year to this resort.

This unit is beautifully updated and decorated! Very roomy! Love that the master bedroom has a ocean view window. Beds are comfortable. Balcony has a great view, sunset view. Enjoy watching the water from it as well as people playing tennis. Holiday Isle is quieter, more family friendly compare to the rest of crowded area. And dolphin view guaranteed if you just walk to the jetty. Like it has a management desk in the lobby, although didn’t need help, but feel like they are there anytime you needed. Will return again!

It was fantastic. The front desk was very helpful. The place we stayed in was clean and accommodating. First time in Destin. Close enough to downtown and restaurants, but secluded for family fun. Beach and Chair setups were perfect!! we Weill definitely be coming back!! Great place!!!

Let me just say that the front desk staff, particularly Teressa and Brittany are awesome! Overall the vacation was fantastic...especially when Delta corporates!!..twin bed mattresses were uncomfortable in 620...everything else was great and very clean. Fortunately, they were only slept in for one night as we had to move rooms due to a sewage leak. We were moved to room 404 which was great...just a little inconvenient. Teresa’s and Brittany were very apologetic and helpful and compensated me accordingly. Again, overall a fantastic stay, helpful staff...just one hiccup which was no ones fault, just inconvenient.

This was our 4th or 5th time at HSRC. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. However, I was disappointed in Unit 620. The furniture was not what was pictured and the living room furniture was old and smelled. Overall, the unit needs some cosmetic and general maintenance work.

The condo itself was ok but seriously there is mold everywhere. The master bath and room ceiling is awful. It needs to be fixed.

The rental was in a great location, very clean, felt safe, pool area was clean! The king bed was wonderful! But the twin beds and the couch that let down into a queen bed was not! Went to front fest and complained about the beds! Some came next day a broght a new Mattress for the couch! That did help!
Also the smaller water Facuett comming from beach area near pool caught my middle finger while turning it off and pinched it pretty bad! I did go to front desk and made a report and they gave me cream and bandaids ! That’s about it!

Kitchen well equipped. Nice appearance overall. Irritatingly unnecessary with no water on right side of master sink. Toilet needs repair. Stingy with toilet paper. Patio door squeaks loudly. The facilities free DVD`s are often horrible, just copies.Facility`s laundry service had no quarters or soap for more than 2 days. Nice grounds. Entire facility needs painting. Great beach. Nice staff.

We have been long time renters with Holiday Surf and Racquet Club starting back in 1993 (even longer if you count before we were married). We love the location and ease of staying here. This year was truly our only exception.
We started off our stay waiting one hour and fifteen minutes in your lobby with all our luggage because our room was not ready. I understand completely that you had a large amount of guests leaving that morning (7/8/17). We had driven thirteen hours straight only to be told they weren't sure when our room would be available!! A half an hour wait I could have possibly tolerated.....not one hour and fifteen!! Your management had to be aware of the large vacancies happening this Saturday morning. Poor planning in my opinion. Added to this disappointing start - the hot water in the master bedroom did not work. A burner on the stove did not work. And a very annoying squeaky sliding glass door to our patio. The coin changer in both laundry rooms were out of order the three times I did laundry. ( I heard numerous guests complaining about this). I highly recommend to the owner to get a dresser in the master bedroom - we only had small bedside drawers, that were not nearly adequate. I ended up keeping my luggage in my suitcase our entire trip.
So...again we really do enjoy HSR Club or we wouldn't keep coming back year after year - we even have multiple family members that rent condos also.

I have been staying at this property since I was about 12 years old, I am getting ready to turn 40 this year. This place is a dream! The property description is accurate and can you get any better than right on the ocean? The amenities are amazing, two free dvds per night makes for great family time! Our property and the unit was completely clean and our unit had been remodeled, and was super beachy!! I didn't deal with the owner or manager. The only problem that we had the entire time was our two large burners on the stove didn't work and the other shower in the 2nd bathroom didn't work, so we had to squeeze into one bathroom just like at home. I would recommend this place to family and friends, we have always had wonderful memories here and continue to do so to this day. We love that we are so close to everything on the strip at Hwy 98 including our favorite beach restaurant The Back Porch!!

Overall stay was good. Condo wasn't the cleanest, furniture had stains. Switch on AC was broke, but condo was nice & cool. Maintenance man that can to checked the switch and electric plugs was awesome. Staff at check in were rude.
