Such a great location! Close to shopping, grocery,big box store. Room was clean and modern with a great view of the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Wow- Holiday Surf did not disappoint!! Everything was wonderful. Employees helpful and smiling every time I spoke to any of them.
Condo was gorgeous and clean and had everything we needed. The view from our balcony was great. My sister and I had our annual girls trip and enjoyed every minute of it.
I have been to going to Destin for years and late April and early May are my favorite times. But I have never stayed at a condo on the beach. Wow- I give your place a 11 out of 10. Kristina with our beach chairs was so friendly.
I will certainly recommend Holiday Surf to all I know.

Been coming here for many years. The property is always updated. You can count on the staff to be the best anywhere on the Emerald Coast! Family friendly environment with rules. Be brought our entire family here for years and always felt welcome and safe. The location on Holiday Isle is perfect beach is never too crowded and you can find the best restaurants just close enough. Lovely condo! Tastefully decorated and updated throughout. It was equipped with all the necessities which made our stay wonderful. We did struggle with the remotes in the living room and TV operation, so possibly a small instruction sign could help future guests. Disappointed that front desk staff seemed to be always on their cell phones.

The one Bedroom Rental was small but beautifully decorated and maintained. The beach was white sand and the water is blue/green. An umbrella with two chairs on the beach was included. This is the second time we have stayed here and there will be a third one if we want to go to the beach again.

This was our second time at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club. We love the location on Holiday Isle. The resort is great right on the beach. The views are stunning. We saw dolphins and a sea turtle. Our unit was great clean and had all the comforts of home. We will definitely be back next year!

Unit 713 was an excellent stay, can't wait to go back. It was recently renovated, nicely decorated, clean, comfy, awesome views and felt like home. Check in process was seamless, front desk staff friendly and helpful with questions about the area.

We enjoys our weekend getaway very much. The condo was very nice and clean. Loved they had carts for luggage and grocery carts for groceries. Had never had that before anywhere we’ve stayed. Sometimes it’s the little things that makes the big difference. It also was the perfect location for the private beach and things to do! Will be back for another trip.

Very pleased with the condo as it had everything you needed and then some for cooking, cleaning etc... Room was very clean, and we had no issues whatsoever. Staff was very polite and helpful; the beach was just gorgeous. We will be planning another trip in the coming year.

The condo was simply perfect. The location is great for watching the waves and for going out in the evenings. The condo was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The property is well maintained and very quiet. We will be back!

Great little condo for 2 people. Nice decor, comfortable bed, plenty of kitchen dishes, tools, supplies. Couldn’t get cable on living room tv but we didn’t care.

Our stay at this property was awesome. Everything you need is here. The distance from the beach is just steps away. The rental property had just the right amount space. The unit was very comfortable, clean and appliances in the kitchen worked very well. The only thing needed was a blender and pizza cutter. The staff was very helpful. They sold bags of ice and had movies to rent. We will be coming back for sure.

Great experience at HSRC! Door was a little tricky at first but we figured it out. We were told Ubers would be hard to get, but we didn’t have a problem there. Overall a little piece of paradise. We can’t wait to come back.

The 7th floor view was nice and the 1 bedroom condo was good. Wish the tv had been bigger, like a minimum of 55 inch. The public internet had issues with connectivity the entire time we were there. The overall facility is in a great location. Convenient to many stores and attractions. The staff was helpful while we were there but, disappointed they wouldn't let us move our reservations out even though there was a hurricane passing nearby in Pensacola. So it was either go or lose all our money. I wouldn't recommend renting any condo that ends in 11 thru 14. The 12's and 13's especially because they are right next to each other in the corner of the building and you look directly at your neighbors with no privacy.

We were able to book fairly last minute, which was really nice. The view was advertised. The condo itself was ok...but it very much needs to be renovated. The pull out sofa looks to be 10+ years old, and the mattress was only a couple of inches thick. The bedroom was very outdated as well. One day, my son left a dish in the sink, and we came home from dinner to find a kitchen full of fruit flies. Thankfully, the staff was able to come the next morning and clean, which took care of that problem. I would stay at the facility again, but would prefer another condo...unless this one were renovated and updated.

A time spent with my 18 yr old granddaughter. The staff were above and beyond friendly. The gated community made us feel safe and free to enjoy the beauty outdoors day and night. The condo itself was extremely clean and comfortable. This was my first time in a condo and I will always choose this option in the future. I am actually interested in maybe purchasing a unit for and investment.I can not stress enough how much we both enjoyed our stay there.
