This unit has an amazing view. We really enjoyed the beach service. This is our second year at this property but first for this unit. The mirrors in the picture make the unit look bigger than it actually is. The fan in the living area did not work. We were told we would get a call to get it fixed never happened.

We stayed here the first time last year and have decided we’ll always come back. The staff are always amazing and so helpful, the condos are perfect, the location is great. We literally have no complaints!! Thank you for always making vacation great!! We can’t wait to see you next year!

We had a great stay here! The view was awesome! The room was nice and clean and was great for a condo! Could have a little better water pressure in the master shower, but small issue compared to the trip!

We have stayed in this unit before. My dad likes it because it’s one of few that has a recliner in the living room. He has to sleep sitting up so he sleeps in a recliner. He said he wished they would get a new one. I sat in it and it was kinda “lumpy” feeling. Other than that I wouldn’t change a thing! We will be back next year for sure! (Hopefully with a new recliner in the living room)

My experience was everything I had hoped for. The condo was nice with very good views. The staff was always friendly with a smile. Was able to relax just like I had planned.

We have NEVER had any issues at HSR. It is our absolute favorite.
However, we had a toilet that didn’t flush. According to the front desk a work order was submitted before we even got there. They assured us that it would be fixed first thing in the morning. That did not happen.
The desk told me there was only one maintenance person, but only 1 toilet for 4 people is not easy or acceptable which is why we paid for 2 bathrooms.
My husband ended up fixing it and we didn’t hear anything at all again from the desk or the maintenance person the rest of the week. Other than that the condo was great.

Our condo was overall very nice. The kitchen was nicely appointed although could be upgraded a bit but can't really complain as interior was nicely decorated and view was outstanding.

The location and the condo was perfect. Right on the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. The unit was beautifully and tastefully decorated. The unit was very clean and updated. I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you're going to Destin, I would highly recommend this property. You will feel like you're in paradise.There's nothing more peaceful than sitting on the balcony at night listening to the waves. I will definitely return and stay in unit 720. I will never stay anywhere else when I vacation in Destin.

Loved everything-the condo was spotless and had everything we needed. Beach was not crowded. Only problem we had (a blown fuse) was taken care of promptly.

Excellent. We are snowbirds at Holiday Surf for 2 and 1/2 months. We have stayed in this particular unit for the past 3 winters. Very nice and well equipped unit. Great view from the balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had to deal with some maintenance projects going on during our stay, but worth it in order to maintain the excellent condition of this property. We have stayed in various units in this property for more than 40 years. Have always enjoyed our stays, whatever time of year.

Everything looked so clean and new, as if we were the first to ever stay there. I had a perfect view of the beach and ocean. I sat on the balcony every morning to watch the sunrise. The furniture and decor was very nice, looked highend to me. I could not believe the amount of dishes and utensils and everything you could think of to cook and serve with. Full size fridge, oven and dishwasher, was just like home, but better! Can't wait til next time!

The pictures for this unit are deceptive; it was much smaller than perceived, especially the balcony. Both bathrooms are in dire need of a more modern update; the fiberglass tub and plastic shower curtains needs to go!! The sink basin and countertops were small. The spare toilet tank refill valve was broken, (toilet ran constantly after flush), but was fixed during our stay. Also, the TiVo box was not working for the main TV, (none of the channels on menu could be seen), which was also fixed during our stay.

Our family returns every year to HSandRC. Beautiful rooms, friendly staff and gorgeous beach/water. Umbrella/chair company has very friendly and accommodating employees. A few suggestions:. Random people should not be allowed to set up their chairs front and center of the U shape // add recycle containers to the property. Thank you!

We have stayed in Holiday Isle area for 8 years. This was our 1st time staying in a multi-level condo complex. Our unit was well appointed and clean. It was slightly small for 5 people. The beach was very crowded and due to beach erosion, there was only 1 row of umbrellas 5 of our 7 days. You must wake up early (by 7:30) to get a good umbrella location.

We stayed during the Thanksgiving time period. The accommodations were wonderful. Everything was clean and updated. The view was perfect for sunsets with great furniture on the balcony that allowed the railing to not interfere with the view. Inside the condo had all of the latest amenities and comfortable seating for the family.

We got to Destin for fall break late on a Saturday, just as Hurricane Michael was ratcheting up. We were supposed to stay through the next Saturday. We got one good day on the beach (which is better than a good day almost anywhere else!) Then the evacuations began. SUCH a disappointment when you look so forward to something for an entire year. We had not bought trip insurance, and believed we were about to lose our remaining four nights' stay. But Holiday Surf offered us a four night credit--which they did NOT have to do--and we were just so grateful. We love this place. They have always been very good to us, amazing customer service--and we will be back next year, as always. Thank you guys so much!

This condo was the best yet! Beautiful rooms and kitchen was fabulous.Cleanest and friendliest surroundings you can find. Surf was too rough to get in the water but there are sooo many other things to do. We WILL be back!

This was our sixth visit in the last five years. We love coming here. The unit 720 was really nice with a great view of the beach and Gulf. The beds in the unit were comfy and provided a great night's sleep. My wife uses the pool daily which is always well maintained and clean. We visited the Harbor Walk like we always do and many of the local restaurants, including McGuires (good burgers) and Pompano Joes (yummy Coconut Shrimp and good views). We will definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative.

Really liked the condo. Well furnished, comfortable beds, great view from balcony. Complex is very convenient, with short walk to beach. Jetty area is walking distance down beach to the west. There is supposed to be a good snorkling spot near there, but I didn't get a chance to try it.
