Great layout! The twin beds room was good for tween kids and the primary had privacy. Spacious living area. Was really perfect for our week in Sanibel! The screened in porch was an added bonus. The only “con” is that was truly no frills. There were no coffee filters or salt/pepper left behind like you usually find in rentals. All good though! Super clean and convenient beach access. Really a good value and would rent again.

We have rented at a number of different condo units in Loggerhead Cay over the years and they have all been very nice places to stay. This unit, #323, was no exception. Very clean and in excellent condition. We have also rented through Select Vacation Properties before. Chris and his staff are always very professional and will assist you if you need anything. I usually swim in the ocean, but Loggerhead Cay has a very nice outdoor pool with plenty of recliners and space to relax. The property has two Pickleball courts and another court area that can be one regular tennis court or converted into two additional Pickleball courts. There are two shuffleboard courts and also multiple outdoor gas grills. If you are interested, there are several bicycle rental businesses on the island (Billy’s and Finnimore’s) and they will even deliver bikes to the property.

We had been coming to Sanibel for over 30 years but Hurricane Ian destroyed our timeshare on West Gulf Drive. This was our first time back actually staying on the Island. Our Loggerhead Cay unit was absolutely delightful. Vey spacious with room for three adults to spread out. Beautifully decorated, accurately described, clean, and well-maintained, we would definitely consider returning. Our only complaint (and it is a minor one), is that we never received a text for check-in as promised by SVP.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was SO close to the beach for wonderful shelling. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was wonderful having the washer and dryer. It was a little cool during our stay, but the heated pool was fantastic!!!!

My timeshare rental wasn't open yet due to Hurrican Ian so I booked at Loggerhead Cay. Great location, on the beach and lots of amenities. They were kind enough to allow me to check in early because I was moving from one condo in the same building to #323.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The condo was clean, cozy, comfy, and convenient. It was fantastic to spend a week at my happy place and this condo just made it that much better. Recommend this rental to anyone that wants to come and spend a lovely week on Sanibel.

Our stay was excellent. The condo was in great condition. Clean and welcoming. Being close to the beach was awesome. Everything seem to work except we were a little disappointed by not being able to use the CD player. The weather was perfect and everything about this kind of minium was great.

It was good just to be back on the island. Loggerhead Cay 323 was very nice. Construction was still going on in the complex and some items had to be completed in the unit while we were there.
Just a couple of deficiencies that we found in the unit while there:
1. The thermostat is limited to a low AC setting of 70 degrees which is almost low enough for comfortable sleeping. Most hotels now limit their low at 65 degrees.
2. The hot water is not adequate to complete 2 back to back showers without running out.

We have used this rental company a few times between myself and my sister. The place is always clean and is close to the beach. You also can use the pool if you prefer. It’s a great place to stay.

Clean, peaceful, and comfortable. There is everything you need, an extra towel, sheet, etc. Very good location, restaurants and shopping grocery stores within walking distance.
Highly recommend it if you want to a hassle-free holiday.

Overall the stay was really good. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Our one complaint would be that the beach umbrella was rather tired and needed replaced. The beach chairs in the condo were of high quality.

The condo was exceptionally clean with plenty of room. Other positives include being walking distance to the beach, a very quiet area., and The pool and grounds are very nice. The condo could use some updating but was still great!

Our experience was wonderful. The condo was very spacious and welcoming. The lanai looks out to the pool, green space and ocean. The management company was amazing! We had a few questions and they responded quickly and were so friendly! I give our experience a 10/10

This was a beautiful condominium with excellent location and facilities. It’s just a couple blocks off the causeway bridge to Fort Meyers and convenient to all Sanibel shops and restaurants. I had excellent bike rides all over Sanibel and Captiva Islands . The bike paths are wonderful.

We have stayed on Sanibel for vacations over a thirty year period using various locations .
This unit at Loggerhead Cay was well equipt clean and well decorated.
Beach chairs, towels and enough utensils in the kitchen to cook and bake if you wanted. The coffee maker took pods and made superb coffee.
Laundry facilities in the unit were really appreciated after a two week cruise.
We would like to use this unit again

Had a great time. TVs would be better with a high definition signal. Drain in the tub of master bedroom was very slow draining. Called to have it fixed and it worked well until the last two days when it was slow again.

Sanibel is a quaint, relaxing island with plenty of beach. I enjoyed the slow pace and the life on the beach - sand dollars, starfish, mollusk, dolphins, and manatee.

The condo was in a good location on Sanibel and the unit was clean and spacious. We had one issue with the kitchen sink but one call to the management company, maintenance was dispatched, and it was quickly resolved.

This was our second year renting from Select Vacation Properties at the Loggerhead Cay condos. This was our first experience with this condo unit. Overall, we were very pleased with the condo. Clean, spacious, and we really enjoyed the board games and beach chairs provided by the condo owner. The furniture seemed a bit dated, but was in good condition. Would probably prefer a unit with ceiling fans next time, but overall an excellent stay and location. The staff was very helpful and polite as well.

The property was extremely clean and great location. Tennis and shuffleboard courts were in excellent condition. The kitchen and master bed were outdated (but clean) - 1980's dishes, 1980's serving pieces and glasses. Could use some updating in the kitchen and a new master mattress would do the trick. Easy to ride bikes for ice-cream, lighthouse, and dinner. Great spot!

Excellent unit. Some difficulty being on the third floor but the positives relating to a decrease in traffic and noise greatly out weighed that negative. Property is very well maintained and every need is anticipated.

Loggerhead Cay is a lovely vacation location! A great spot on Sanibel Island. Long beach walks, a nice heated pool, well managed condo complex. Great biking trails.
