This 2 bedroom rental was perfect for our family of four (2 adults and 2 teen boys). The property is clean and well maintained, providing all you need for a family vacation at beach. This was our 6th time renting in Destin Pointe and 4th time staying at Magnolia House. We love the convenient location of the subdivision, the amenities and the two beach access options. Checking in and out was easy and communication with the property management company was a breeze. Shout out to the management company for going above and beyond to mail us my son's driving permit, which was inadvertently forgot inside the condo upon check up. We definitely recommend Magnolia House Unit 303!

Do not book based off saving money on the "amenities". The majority of the cool stuff to do doesn't have the free ticket option. Unless you go with kids and do kid stuff, but then is it really a vacation...lol. Also, only thing that was bad was you only get 1 umbrella and two chairs per your rental even if you book and register 4 people.

Overall a great experience!! Condo has a nice view, was clean, comfortable,inviting and offered all amenities. I would, however, like to suggest getting an outdoor table for guests(either front or back) as the only table is the glass top
kitchen one. Other than that, everything was perfect!!

Just returned from a wonderful few days at Magnolia House, Unit 303. Unit was beautiful, cleanii, and very organized. Property management was very efficient and welcoming. I have been coming to Destin Pointe for over 20 years and love it here. This was definitely one of my favorite units. I can’t wait for my next visit!

After staying at many places in Destin over the last 18 years, Destin Pointe was by far the best! In June, we rented a house in Destin Pointe with 3 other families, and loved it so much we decided to return 5 weeks later with just our family and rent in Magnolia House! What we loved: Location—access to beach and gulf pass. On days when there are red or double red flags, you can get more calm and just as beautiful water at the pass... perfect for small children! The pass area is great for snorkeling or fishing too! Beach is not crowded at all and both our rentals came with chair and umbrella service. Neighborhood is clean, gated and safe with 24/7 security. . 2 really nice pools with another set to be completed soon. Bike riding, basketball court, tennis courts. Beach tram is a great service, although not available every day! You can view fireworks from your balcony, or sitting by the pool. Perfect location to many restaurants, grocery stores, water park.

Everything from the property to location was perfect!! The area was really nice, safe, and convenient to the beach and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed with no direct beach access. Beach access pictured from window is a private beach, not accessible to Magnolia House guests. Beach access by car, long walk or tram which is operated by HOA & not running during our stay.

We had a wonderful experience renting this unit for the week. Everything was as pictured (clean and in good repair). Location was great. It was close to everything, but still tucked away so the beaches weren't super busy and crowded. We were allowed to check in a couple hours early upon arrival. Would recommend!

Destin Pointe is a great family community. The office staff were very helpful and all property workers from front gate to tram driver were incredibly kind.

We loved our stay at Magnolia House 303. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. We have been coming to Destin Pointe for the past 6 - 7 years and would definitely stay in Magnolia House 303 again.
