Aquamarine Dream at Destin Pointe Resort

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and the area was wonderful and peaceful. The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected, but it was definitely worth it once we got there! The water was absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Magnolia House. Walking distance to the beach and the Jetty to snorkel or metal detect. They check in on you daily. In the master, the headboard was loose and hit the wall. There is no shuttle to the restaurant and shopping as advertised.

We chose to leave early due to the hurricane. Everything was perfect as always at Destin Pointe. We look forward to the next visit. I do suggest that the owner of 502 remove items from the closets. They were full and we had to store our bags under the beds.

Rental unit was as described. Had a few minor issues with the unit and we notified maintenance. They were quick to respond and offered to repair right away. We agreed that they could be completed after we left. A few of the issues that we had were....the light under the microwave did not work, no utensils to use on the grill, no baking sheets, the ceiling fan on the balcony quit working half way through our stay and there was no way to change the speed, vertical blinds on the left were broken(no way to close at night), the pullout bed did not open properly (the end was higher than the top...totally unusable...we pulled it out because the sofa was not very comfortable to relax on), bedrooms got hot ( ceiling fans would be nice) and the coffee pot was awful....only a 5 cup and it took over 30 minutes to brew and most of the time it only brewed 3 1/2 cups when you put 5 cups of water in. The view from the unit was great....we have stayed at Magnolia House many times and this one is our least favorite to date. Minor issues that can be fixed and it would be great place to stay.

We had an incredible week and stayed in an Amazing Condo! We loved staying at Magnolia House #502. The view was amazing! Our condo was just perfect for our family. We loved that the condo came with two beach chairs and an umbrella and also, came with two bikes. We loved that it was in a gated community, so we could let our teenage daughters ride bikes around the neighborhood. We will definitely be back next year. The only thing we were disappointed with, was the beach trolley was down all week.

I recently stayed at this condo, and it was an incredible experience! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The condo is beautifully decorated, and the amenities are top-notch.
The location couldn't be better - it's in a prime spot with easy access to the beach and all the local attractions. The beach tram was my favorite! I called their number, and they picked me up from the condo and took me straight over to the beach. The views from the balcony are breathtaking, and it's the perfect place to relax after a long day.
The communication with the management team was seamless, and they were very accommodating throughout our stay. They provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area, which we really appreciated.
I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!
