Wonderful Stay! Always kept up to date via text or email regarding details of my stay prior to arrival and during stay. Given informative information about the property and directions. I didn’t have to figure out any questions because the information was at hand. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely revisit and hopefully stay longer the next time!

We really enjoyed the location as well as the space. Everything was clean, organized and comfy. We enjoyed the balacony and view as well as the spacious kitchen. We had everything we needed to make our short get away something spectacular.

We reserved our first Condo, which was condo 1402. The decoration was very welcoming, the bed was comfortable and the kids liked their pull out couch. The kitchen was supplied with every essential items needed. The Kcup coffee machine was a plus we enjoyed our coffee in the morning. Also new is them supplying you with beach towels, bag and cooler. We had our bag and towels but the cooler came in handy. The condo was perfect fit for us four ( my husband + 2 boys ), and the balcony with seating facing the ocean was wonderful. The condo is close to the elevator and garbage shoot which was convenient. The Nautilus is located absolutely perfect right near the Gulfarium and great Restaurants like Stewby’s and Rockin Tacos we enjoyed. The beach lounge chairs service was nice but make sure you reserve yours early because it’s first come first serve if you want to sit directly affront of the ocean. The pool was clean and they provided some toys by the pool for kids to play with. What really impressed me was the great customer service communication from the day before travel to the day of departure. Making sure we had all the information we needed and quick response to any questions we had. The only thing that was negative but not really because I could have mentioned it and I’m sure it would have been provided. Is that we only had two wash cloths, we had extra towels and hand towels but not enough wash cloths. But that’s on me lol. Other than that it was a fantastic experience and wish we could have stayed longer than the six days. Glad we had a positive experience with our first condo rental. Thank you very much for your great service and welcoming condo 1402. We will be back!

The room was as described. The bed was so comfortable. And I loved waking up to the view and sound of the ocean. I will never forget my visit at 1402 I got engaged there.

The condo was even better than I expected. It was beautifully decorated with colors that I would have chosen myself. The furniture was modern and perfect for the space. The bedroom was huge! The bed was comfortable and I loved the small table and cozy reading chair right next to the windows. The kitchen had everything that I needed and then some. The brand new washer and dryer had all the bells and whistles. The fireplace in the condo and the heated pool downstairs made the stay even more enjoyable. Above all, I loved the view from the bedroom, living room, and balcony. It truly was a million dollar view for a reasonable price. I loved that the building is family friendly and quiet (most of the time). I would highly recommend this unit!!

We arrived after hours but had been given the door code. The condo was easy to find and was beautiful! Very clean with the perfect ocean view and balcony on the 4th floor.

Nautilus Management was wonderful and very accommodating. The condo itself had a wonderful view and was clean but could use some major updating. Having beach chair service was a huge plus. The building itself was quiet and everything was easy to access from it. Not a lot of restaurant options within walking distance but pretty much everything you need within a short drive.

Excellent location. Less crowded on beach. But owners need to provide enough seating in these condos for at least 4 people. Also never enough towels when you get 3 for 2 people? Really? Have at least 2 per person! Ther than that cant omplain.

This is my second time renting this unit. This unit is so nice and cozy. The property was clean and well-maintained. I enjoyed waking up to watch the sun rising on the beach from the bedroom. We had all the amenities of home. We got to go to restaurants near the condo. The Boardroom was a really great restaurant. Thank you so much for allowing me to rent this cozy condo on the beach.

We had an amazing trip and really enjoyed it! It was the first time we got to stay at the Nautilus by ourselves! We enjoyed having the 2 chairs and umbrella on the beach!

We stayed here in this condo for a week, we have been coming here for about 5 years now and everyone that works there is so nice and gracious there isn’t a negative time we have ever had. We will see ya all next summer thank you for everything.

The property description was accurate. The property was spotless, the manager was helpful and professional. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay, except we could not use our balcony, because our neighbors smoke all the time. We spent more money for an ocean front condo and could not enjoy sitting in the balcony.

We had a very pleasant stay. The gulf front view is fantastic. Can’t get any better. The condo is comfortable but could use some updates like new living room furniture. Couch gets uncomfortable when sit very long. Balcony furniture would be better if taller chairs and table because railing obstructs the view with current ones. Very well stocked. We have rented for next year.

I enjoyed my stay at Nautilus. The condo has a great view and location. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There were a few light blubs that needed changing. The light above the stove, in refridgerator and on the balcony. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and gorgeous! I love to cook and the rental has all of the dishes I needed to prepare my meals. My fiancé and I enjoyed every moment of being there! It's a beautiful space and it was just right for the two of us!

Absolutely beautiful 3 day fall get away! Condo was clean with plenty of towels, etc. ( one thing needed in the kitchen is a pizza pan ( I had to cook market pizza on foil!) Everyone very courteous and nice! Even with renovations going on- there was no inconvenience! And the view is just amazing and worth it all!

Nautilus was a great place for our vacation. Reasonably priced, clean unit, updated. The office staff are the nicest people, along with the pool was fabulous! One small problem I hate to mention but I should, is the elevator. Slow & old. We will be back!

Good location, great beach, nice to have the beach chair setups, good parking. Overall the condo was acceptable. Good layout, nice TV, comfortable bed. Could have used some TLC, fresh paint, and a few upgrades. Only one chair on the balcony. Kitchen a hodge-podge of cheap utensils. Curtain rod pulled away from the wall in master. No offer/ effort by office to replace chair or fix curtain. Otherwise it was fine.

Great time, nice condo, great location, awesome beach - very clean and loved the service provided for chairs and umbrellas. Would recommend this place and would return again! Nice restaurants and lots to do. Could see fireworks from balcony that was done at the boardwalk!

My wife and I stayed here for our 10yr anniversary. We rented a 1 bedroom condo and were not disappointed. The room would actually room 2-4 guests with the pullout couch if necessary. As soon as we walked into the room we could smell how clean it was. The view of the beach and the easy access was great. We are already planning another trip to Fort Walton and staying at The Nautilus Condos with our kids.

Our stay was ok but not great for what we paid. Talked with some other folks that rented in the same location and found that they were able to get there accommodations cheaper and they had bigger units than ours. Feel like we paid a lot of money for a one-bedroom unit we had issues with the refrigerator for two days we were not able to use it because it wasn't cold. We went to management several times and we're told that the refrigerator was cold it was not every time we got a drink out it was lukewarm. We had to keep all of our cold items in a cooler for 2 days. It never really did get cold our entire stay. There was an additional bar refrigerator that did not work either it leaked all over the floor and caused my wife to slip on the tile and fall. The bed in the couch had so little support you could feel the springs underneath you while you were sleeping very uncomfortable. I feel like the unit was clean but could use some updating. The elevator was slow and broken more than it was working we had to carry all of our stuff up and down from the beach several times because it was either not working or someone was stuck in it.

This was an excellent property! Very clean, very well furnished with a great location and beautiful view directly on the beach (4th floor). Elevators and stairs make it a daily accessible. Beach chairs and beach umbrella were included in our stay. Easy drive to good selection of restaurants and shops.
