The room was beautiful and clean. The fact you not only get 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach, you now also get two backpack chairs makes packing for the beach so much easier. We stayed with two littles and not having to carry more items makes life easier. We were able to relax and had a beautiful view of the beach from the condo

Nautilus Condominiums are a beautiful place to stay. The property is well maintained and the views can’t be beat. The beach chair set up was a welcome and great service. We will definitely be back.

Very great vacation. Loved the Condo. We also loved the little extras that have been added like beach towels and chairs. It had everything we needed. It was very clean and we loved the view. So nice to be able to walk right on the beach.

This is our second time staying at this property, and we’ll definitely be coming back! The beachfront location is incredible. Personally, I think Okaloosa Island is the best place to stay because it’s never too crowded, and it’s absolutely gorgeous. The condo was great, and it had everything we needed. Plus, they’ve now added extras, such as beach towels, beach chairs, and a Keurig that you can use while staying there. Those were a really nice touches that are appreciated! There’s nothing better than being able to sleep with the windows open in your room, and fall asleep and wake up the sounds of the waves. The condo was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything was kept up well. We look forward to coming back to Nautilis next time, thanks!

This was our second time staying in this condo, and we absolutely loved it. The condo was perfect for our family of four, and we really enjoyed the beach service and pool. I always recommend staying at Nautilus to anyone visiting Destin/Fort Walton. We are looking forward to going again next year.

Beautiful weather and water. Loved the proximity of the condo to the beach. The condo was excellent. Had a few technical issues but management was on top of them very quick, I would defiantly stay again.

Our unit had a gorgeous balcony view of the gulf. We enjoyed view all day, every day! It was a heavenly month escaping winter up north. The accommodation was very comfortable. The location was great. The only negative was one of the two elevators was out of service at times. The walkway to the beach was well maintained and had a sprayer to wash the sand off your feet. The pool was warm and clean. We loved it and hope to return next winter.

Met by wonderful super nice staff.. Facilities were awesome. Room was beautiful, clean and well stocked. We had an amazing view of the ocean. We stayed on the 4th floor, 1 bedroom, gulf front. Definitely recommend this place to others.

We loved our time at the Nautilus, it was never over crowded, the beach chairs were an amazing bonus, and the room was clean and welcoming. There were a few things that needed some work like the shower, the washer and dryer, and maybe a few minor details to the condo cosmetically but overall the room was clean, the view was amazing, and the bed was comfortable- what more do you need? The kitchen was also completely stocked with utilities.

Overall we probably had one of our best vacations ever. So much so that we booked an extra night and switched rooms to stay longer. The staff helped us move without having to wait between check out and check in. We also had one small issue with our room late at night and they came immediately and resolved it. The pool was the perfect temperature for winter and the view was gorgeous and both rooms we stayed in were so nice. Comfortable furniture and beds! Nice kitchens. The place isn't brand new like some condos/resorts but in my opinion it was just right. Great price as well. We will definitely be staying again.

Our first visit to FWB did not disappoint. The Nautilis is right on the water and unit 1405 has a direct view of the Gulf with a nice accessible patio with chairs and tables.

we arrived early, and the staff went out of the way to get our room ready even though persisted they not worry about doing it. the lady working front desk was nice and awesome at making sure we were good to go. the condo was clean and absolutely perfect, this place will be our new vacation spot and place we stay at

Overall: A great value for a short stay. I'd be happy to stay in this building again for a longer trip, but if we do we'll get another unit.
I'd give the building and location 5 stars, but the unit 3 stars. The beach is fantastic and I loved the smaller size of the building. That kept things from feeling crowded and it was a quick trip from the condo down to the beach. The common spaces in the building are no-frills but totally fine as long as you're not looking for something fancy-pants.
The unit itself had a great layout, great view, was well decorated, and had everything we needed. Unfortunately it felt a bit unclean and needed some work. MOST IMPORTANTLY: the locks on the balcony doors do not work at all and need to be fully replaced. If you're going with little kids check to see if they've been fixed before booking. Other things needed maintenance and repair as well, from little things like banged up furniture to big things like an entire wall being just bare drywall and bare wood framing around the window.

Catch sunrises and sunsets from this belcony the sea is little more than a stones throw away with pure white sand between you and the sea,the condo is great and we'll equipped,kitchen is huge and the bedroom is large with the same views as the belcony,also 2 x WC's one just off the lounge and the other in the main bathroom, the only negative comment would be the broken sliding patio doors, they were hard to slide and the lock was broken, I put a small ironing board in the runner to prevent it being opened,(it was on the 4 floor but nevertheless) on the plus side we had a visit from the HOA and these are all being change soon.

The condo is nice but honestly could use a little updating / I’ve stayed in this unit at least the last 3 yrs and nothing has changed. The shower faucet has issues like the wall is not solid behind the faucet and the sliding glass door to patio needs attention - it is very hard to open. The left side sink at the dual vanity needs a little work on the sink drain everything else is great

We enjoyed staying in Nautilus Unit 1405 and have stayed in this unit several times before. It would be helpful to have a side table on each side of the bed as there is only on side table now. The only other suggestion would be to encourage the complex to repair the elevator problem as soon as possible.

The furniture was less than satisfactory, missing coffee tables and end tables, there were only 2 chairs at the dining table making it hard for a family of 4 to eat together. There were spiders and ants. The carpet was dirty. The condo could use major updating. The view was very nice.
