This unit was exactly as described! The extra touches - beach chairs, beach towels etc. were so nice and handy! The condo was neat and clean. Excellent communication with owners. Views from the huge wrap around balcony were amazing!

As life would have it I had to recharge my batteries so to speak at the beach. This place is awesome, quite, peaceful and a great place to just get away and relax. I would certainly come back and stay again. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Rental was very clean, comfortable beds, amazing views, very quiet, great price. Responsive staff. Our keurig wasn’t working and staff brought a new one within minutes. Lots of convenient parking. Loved the chair service! Very easy check in and out process. The only downside I would say is that there isn’t really anything in the area that is walkable (restaurants, shops, etc.)

I have been coming to the Nautilus since 2002 when my parents brought me as a teen in junior high. I’m now married with 3 kids and have come back multiple times including our honeymoon. Now we have come full circle and my oldest is in junior high and asks to come back to the Nautilus every year. You can’t beat the location or rates. We have already booked for next year. See you next year!

This was a last minute booking for us (midnight the day before arriving) so we were unsure what to expect. WOW were we in for a pleasant surprise! This was a super nice unit with the best balcony I’ve ever had! A great location and 2 chairs and an umbrella were included at the beach. We would definitely want to stay in the exact same unit next year!!!

Would definitely stay again. The bed in master bedroom was very creaky and I wish the grill area was updated a bit, but still had a great stay.

The unit was very nice and in a great location. The views from this unit were amazing. I'd only suggest adding a ceiling fan in the living room it got a little warm sometimes sitting in there and the dining area without a fan to use.

We had a very nice week at the Nautilus. Good weather, and family visits. The condo is getting a bit run down. Needs a good clean sweep.
Loved having umbrella rentals as part of the cost. Everything is so expensive when dining out and with groceries. Staff at the Nautilus was helpful and pleasant.

This unit is one I've enjoyed several years. It is right on the beach with a large balcony and stupendous view! Great food nearby including High Tide, Stewby's, Fokkers, Asiago's for breakfast. Aleady booked for 2023.

Our unit has a great balcony with a great view. It has everything that a beach condo should have to make your stay comfortable. An added plus is the beach chair service that is included. The staff is friendly and helpful, too.

It was ok. Just a few recommendations: elevator floor cleaned more often, more rugs in condo, sheet rock in corner bedroom pieces falling, a box fan for corner bedroom, something on pier by stairs so feet don’t burn coming off beach, bed in front room off

Beautiful condo with a huge wrap around balcony with the fabulous views of the blue water and the white sandy beach! It is so relaxing to sit out on the balcony and hear the waves! The condo is well furnished and updated! It feels so spacious with the sliding doors also opening out from the master bedroom to the huge balcony. The second bedroom also has sliding doors that open to a “Juliette” balcony overlooking the pool! We loved the sunlight coming through the condo giving the feeling of spaciousness accentuated by the mirrored wall in the living room. We will definitely stay at #1501 again! This is our second stay at the Nautilus Condos. We were not disappointed either time. Staff is very friendly and outgoing. The Nautilus is a short distance to Destin but we found wonderful restaurants and shopping close by. Totally enjoyed our stay!! Highly recommend the Nautilus Condos.

We have stayed here a month each winter for approximately 10 years and have loved our stays. It is convenient to restaurants and shopping but is away from the crowds and a peaceful area. The staff is very friendly and helpful

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and everyone was welcoming. The condo itself needs some maintenance. The elevator was down a couple times, the dryer took forever to dry the clothes, the bifold doors ft
To the laundry room wouldn't close properly, the doors to the balcony were hard to open & close, the curtains were missing the rods to open & close them, paint was falling off the ceiling in the master bedroom, the shower barely had enough pressure for the shower to come on. Just some things that need attention. We didn't let it ruinp our stay.

We had a wonderful time! We would definitely stay at Nautilus again. The condo (1501) was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Management was so nice and recommended places for dinner and gave us coupons to use too! The view from the balcony was beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to spend our trip.

We were only visiting for a two night stay. Checking in and out was quick and easy. View was beautiful from the condo. There were only two of us, but we had plenty of space. Maybe a few updates to the condo would have made it better, but overall it was perfect for a two night stay.

We love staying at the Nautilus, so much so, we have been loyal renters for the past 8 years. The staff is always great and the views are unbeatable. We love being able to go right out to the beach or swim in the pool.
As for Condo 1501, it was not completely updated even though it said it had been on the website. The stove, microwave, washer, and dryer need to be updated badly. The dryer did not dry our clothes after several cycles. Maybe the heating element is out? The microwave also did not warm food without adding a lot of extra time. The patio furniture was also older and was rusting and very over-used. The seats on all the chairs were very thread-bare and the legs were rusting away so the chairs did not sit evenly. The first picture of the brown furniture is correct (and must be older), the second picture of cream colored patio furniture was not accurate. The sliding glass doors were also VERY heavy and did not open easily. The one off the master bedroom only my husband could open and close. The mattress in the second bedroom was also older and when slept in kind of folded in to the center.
Overall it was not a bad condo, just needs some updating and TLC. We were there to enjoy the beach and being outside, but it would have been nice to have the other amenities within the condo updated. We will not choose that particular condo again, but we will continue to stay at a different condo within the Nautilus. Our condo was clean, but that is something we have never had an issue with at any of their condos. We also used the outdoor grill for burgers and chicken. We love having the area to be able to do that. We also enjoyed the beach toys available in each condo and we always love being able to use the pool. Thanks for another great vacation.

Great view - mostly clean condo. The dust on the ceiling should be cleaned and you should leave more trash bags for your guests. DO NOT USE THE DRYER! It burned holes, in multiple pieces of clothing! the stove also doesn't heat correctly, I would recommend an update. Overall it was a great stay, the heated pool was nice but I felt it could have been warmer. Overall very clean common areas.

The only reason we didn't give 5 stars all around is because of the construction. So with that said, once the construction is done it will building will be GORGEOUS. WE LOVED our stay other than that. The front office and all workers were outstanding and went out of their way to make sure fun was had by all! We would diffidently stay here again :)

A quiet condominium, away from the busy streets of tourist areas. Beautiful beach with easily accessible beach access. The condo was clean and furnishings were updated! We will be returning next year for our vacation!

PROS- ABSOLUTELY THE BEST VIEW EVER! WEATHER WAS PERFECT - NOT ONE DROP OF RAIN - WATER WAS PERFECT EVERY DAY BUT ONE - HAD SOME ALGAE. CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN, COMFORTABLE BEDS, KITCHEN VERY WELL STOCKED WITH ALL UTENSILS. EXTRA BEACH CHAIRS TOO! OFFICE STAFF WERE AWESOME!!
CONS - ICE MAKER DID NOT WORK AND DRYER DID NOT DRY WELL. BUT WHEN YOU SEE THIS VIEW AND THIS BALCONY NOTHING ELSE MATTERS! WE WILL BE BACK!!!

We love staying at the Nautilus. This was our 5th year there, and we continue to return. Love the view of the beach and water. Enjoy watching the dolphins play in front of us. Like the location, as it is close to Fort Walton Beach and Destin. Staff is very friendly and most helpful. Enjoy meeting other guests and regulars at the gatherings the staff provides for us.

You could not ask for a better view than this unit. High enough to see into the water (dolphins and stingrays) and glass doors on two sides of the condo a well as a large wrap around porch for complete viewing of the gulf and beach at all times. Wonderful place to stay, I wish I owned it!

Okaloosa Island is one of the best places to stay in that coast line, the white sand beaches are immaculate. But the Nautilus has seen better days. The unit was updated in certain areas but still needed attention in a lot of different ones. Cracks in the walls, ice dispenser didn’t work, dryer wouldn’t heat up to dry (which drove my wife crazy), killed a few cockroaches in the unit and outside, needs new carpet, water drainage issues in different areas of the complex and vacuum looked like it was bought at Goodwill. For the price we paid I just feel like the unit should of been more updated and appealing. When we come back we will prob stay at a different complex on the island.

This was our first stay at Nautilus. I usually choose a smaller property on Okaloosa Island. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Even though this property was larger, it was quiet and not overly crowded. I loved the view and the beach chairs! The wrap around balcony was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The sofa was not so much. In unit laundry was a plus. The unit was clean but could use some additional updating. Bring beach towels, a hair dryer and food storage containers.

We had a wonderful week at the Nautilus. Great 2 bedroom condo with very well appointed kitchen and baths. The patio furniture was in great shape (which isn’t always the case) and made sitting outside in the morning and evening a pleasure. Very comfortable beds. We will be back.
