Very nice place everything you needed was there great location easy access to the beach swimming pool was very nice rooms very clean with all the accommodations you needed will for sure stay here again

Condo complex in great location. Staff, management very friendly and helpful. Stayed in 2024, the condo was amazing! Returned 2025 learned that not all condos are created equally, owner pride, care really do show. Will likely return to complex but not unit.

This condo was the perfect size for our family of four. Close to everything and the beach was so nice. Loved that we had a private balcony just wish it had a fan out there but enjoyed our morning coffee overlooking the ocean. Staff was amazing and helpful and we really liked that beach chairs and umbrella were included. Also nice to have an ice chest and other beach things in the condo.

The view of the gulf on the balcony was the highlight of course!! It was incredible to sit and watch the dolphin swim by! The condo was very comfortable and clean. The pool was so refreshing! We were sad to leave!

This was our first time staying at Nautilus and it will not be our last. The reservation and check in process was a breeze. They kept in contact with me over email and text. The condo was absolutely stunning. We ate every meal out on the balcony overlooking the ocean except for the ones where we are out. I loved having two different doors to get onto the balcony. The condo was clean and had more dishes/supplies than any other condo I have ever stayed at. We didn't have any issues while there so I never had to even contact them. I am already ready to go back and I hope I can get this same condo next time. We used the beach service while we were there which comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella. There were also beach toys in the closet right by the front door that we were able to use and we even added to it and left some toys for the next people staying there. Hands down the best place we have stayed while visiting Florida. We love how close the condo is to the Okaloosa Island Pier!

The location is perfect. Check-in/check out seamless. Building is a little older but over all great place to stay. Pool was clean and well maintained. The daily included beach service is a great additional perk. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time visiting the Nautilus. The weather didn't cooperate with hanging on the beach, but the view and comfy couch made our day inside great! The unit is spacious and clean. I can't comment on the pool or grill area as we didn't use them.

Our vacation rental experience was great! We arrived at a clean unit that had plenty of kitchen utensils and linens. The beach service was great as well!

We chose this condo because of the balcony sofa. Having older parents who wanted to lounge on the balcony in comfort, this was a disappointment when we arrived to find no loungers. Had we known we would have chosen another condo. Other than that the condo was perfect.

Very nice setup in condo! Inside the condo, furniture was very comfortable!! Would’ve appreciated more towels, and more comfortable seating on the patio. Had a wonderful time, and made priceless memories!!!
Just a note- please exterminate- there was a rodent discovered on the day before checkout. Other than that, thank you for a great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing! The condo was clean and comfortable. The beach was so beautiful! The chairs and umbrella were a plus. If a small dog was welcome, we would 100% stay there again!

Our family had an amazing 10 days in this unit. There was a wagon and extra chair. Sand toys, crab nets, buckets. Nautilus has areas with lots of extra beach floaters and sand toys available. We did a load of laundry every day to wash towels so bring extra pods for washer and dishwasher. We had to buy more TP, paper towels, and garbage bags. Visit the Boardwalk!! 4 restaurants and fun for younger kids!! We will be back!!

We had a great stay. Location was perfect, views unbeatable, beach was ideal. Interaction with staff before and during our stay was great - helpful, accommodating, and professional. Condo was what we needed. Would recommend and stay here again!

Everything about the Nautilus was great. Reservation process was simple, check in was easy, Our room was ready early so we could check in sooner. The furniture in our room could use some updating and the towels need to be replaced. We were there in the fall & the weather was cooling down. A hot tub would be a nice addition to this complex. But other than this we had a GREAT TRIP and we will definitely be back!

Our vacation was peaceful and very nice. The unit we stayed in fit our family needs well. Nice place and recommended. The heated pool was enjoyed and the beach is super close. Our water front balcony was on top of the beach. Recovering from knee surgery the beach proximity and balcony were much appreciated. First time I had stayed on Okaloosa Island and I love it. Slower pace and all the amenities one could ask for. Only minutes to Destin as well.

We had the best time yet on this vacation. The rental was clean and had everything we needed. The only curve ball was the listing said there was a sleeper sofa and there was no bed in the sofa. Not a big deal as there was enough space that we worked around it, but could’ve been a game changer if it was being counted on. The freezer dripped into the refrigerator and made the top shelf a wet mess. We just wiped it up daily and told the front desk. Really enjoyed the toys for the beach and the balcony furniture. Would stay here again.

This unit was perfect! It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all necessary utensils. The only thing missing was a broom.
I cannot say enough about the amazing view! Wow! The included beach service was a great perk. Cody was the best! He was very nice and extremely helpful.
My only complaint is that the elevator didn’t always work. I would definitely stay here again.

Condo was exactly what we expected when arriving. Check in process was easy and simple and within 20 minutes of arriving we had our stuff in our room and were at the beach. The perfect place for a beach getaway.

It’s wonderful to walk downstairs & be right on the beach. We watched dolphins from our condo balcony every day. The property is starting some updates but the condos are still nice and kept up pretty well.

Glasses were dirty, dishes were greasy and silverware had food stuck on...furnishings were not high end but adequate with a plus for two queens in second bedroom and large table on balcony. Automatic ice maker is great! Keyless entry is so convenient. Matenance man and exterminator were both very pleasant.

We had a great time staying at the Nautilus for the 4th year in a row. We have stayed in different condos each time and have liked each of them for different reasons. This condo was very nice and felt like home. I especially liked the tile floors. They were easy to keep clean.

We liked having a place to grill. Having an umbrella and 2 chairs on the beach everyday at no extra cost. The balcony had so much space. The ice maker(stand alone) in the room was great. The pool area small and not on beach side, but we stayed on beach most of day.

Some areas need updating like light switches and outlets. Several outlets didn't work and others were so old and used that plugs repeatedly fell out. Bedroom furniture very dated and damaged by an animal. Very old clock radio on dresser needed to go. Remote for DVD player didn't work even with new batteries. Could hear every time a neighbor opened and closed sliding doors, noisy. Guests not observing quiet hours. Patio chair cushions stained and needed replacing. Beach service was nice and view of ocean was great.

Two bed two bath with king, two queens and sleeper sofa. Balcony was huge and the condo was spacious. Very clean. Will rent again.
