We had a wonderful time, walked to restaurants; view from condo was to die for ; Ms Kennan at the front office was phenomenal and extremely professional and helpful. we grilled at the property ; overall everything was fantastic,

Unit 1603 was wonderful. I had read another reviewer's write up and they said they only get this particular unit when going to Ft Walton I decided we would give it a try. Right on target! Everything was great....the view was spectacular and our main objective.

We have been coming to The Nautilus for almost 10 years and have never had a bad experience-the staff is great, very helpful and accommodating, each unit we have stayed in has been great, the view is amazing, 1603 is by far our favorite unit - the view is just breathtaking and it’s so relaxing just to sit on the balcony and watch and listen to the ocean! The location is great as well, close to shopping and great food! We can’t wait to come back!!��

this was a quick little get away for Labor Day we stayed here because this is where we have come for summer vacation for the last 10+ years. service was great and the room was clean. Staff are very friendly. Will be back in July 2023

The property needs steak knives, and wine glasses for at least 4. There were only two of us in the 6 sleeper condo and I had to do dishes every day. Other than that all was GOOD! Highly recommend the property and the Nautilus.

Have always enjoyed our stay at the Nautilus. The staff has always been helpful and accommodating when possible. We enjoy the location and our view is always a relaxing feeling while sitting on the balcony. This year we stayed in a room that we haven’t stayed in before and will not stay in that room again. It seemed that some issues need to be addressed by the owner. The dryer would only work if someone held the door open and pushed the door button and someone else would spin the drum to get it going. When asked for maintenance to come look they said there was nothing we could do and we could use the one by the office but only at certain times and not after hours. This was unacceptable seeing that we had 6 people in the room and we are constantly washing clothes. We couldn’t pull out the sofa bed without first moving most of the furniture around and placing it in the walk path of the kitchen which made things cumbersome for everyone.

It was good, it needs some updates on the bedding in the extra bedroom it didn’t even have a bedspread or no extra covers but just a sheet had to take some off the main bedroom for some extra bedding, seen one bug in the main bathroom ; had to clean the microwave myself it was never clean had food splatter inside. Just little things that u all need to look into.

Unit was as advertised ... small issues ... loot could have been cleaner ... sink in bathroom clogged ... would have been nice to have a supply of garbage bags. Other than that great location and value ... staff very helpful .

My husband and I were traveling with two 18 year old boys. The reason we chose Nautilus is because the boys could have their own full-size bed. Our flight was late so arrived long after the office was closed. Upon arrival the condo wasn't cleaned very well at all. I left a voicemail for management addressing all of the issues. I went to the office the next morning ready for a fight. The situation was diffused immediately. The office manager even offered to take care of things herself. Is all about customer service. Evidently they had been having trouble with their cleaning service. We have all hired someone to do a job and they didn't do it or did a poor job. So what could have the worst vacations we ever had, turned into one of the best. The location is right on the beach! It was so peaceful, we spent a lot of time on the balcony. We parisailed, went deep sea fishing, snorkeling, all within a 10 minute drive. We were so impressed with the beach, white sand clear water. I think it all boils down to LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION, and excellent customer service. We loved the unit so much we Wil defiantly be back! Is it for sale?

We enjoyed our stay a great deal. There are just a few portions of the condo that could use some updating, such as the kitchen. The wood panel over where the ice maker goes is not very attractive. Consider putting one in, upgrading the counters and brighter colors throughout.
Otherwise, the view takes the cake and makes the stay the most enjoyable part.

The condo that we stayed in was fantastic. The view was superb and the stay was the best ever. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

We stay here every year, the last week of far 1603 has been the best unit...the beds were more comfortable and the ac worked great! We always have a good time here.... the only downfall this year was that the elevator kept breaking down... but these things happen.

Room was clean and renovated. We loved the large balcony and spacious kitchen. There was an in room icemaker that made filling up the coolers easier. The beach was nice and not over crowded. Our room included 2 free beech chairs. The chair guy Chandler was very nice and helpful. We would stay here again.
