We absolutely loved our stay and cannot say enough good things about this Airbnb and the host! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly attentive, kind, and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and more.
Communication was seamless, and every detail felt so thoughtfully taken care of. The space was comfortable, welcoming, and truly felt like a home away from home. It's rare to find a host who is this invested in making their guests feel happy and relaxed. We would 100% stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend this place to anyone considering it!

Spacious Condo, EXCELLENT VIEW, The only thing lacking & it is very important to me are high top chairs on the balcony who wants to look through the railing bars it just ruins the view of that beautiful emerald coast

just stayed in this unit one night but found it very comfortable, the front and back patios were equipped with comfortable seating and the living space was "easy living" leisure. We (party of 4) enjoyed the space very much and hope to come back to this one very soon.

Our stay was relaxing, which is what we wanted. We love coming to Nautilus. But have to say we were disappointed in renting a “Penthouse” and finding it was no more than a 2 bdrm condo. Nice, clean, and spacious. But elements like kitchen cookware and kitchen amenities overall, need replacement and more character and welcoming needs updating to condo. Too sterile.

We came down for a family vacation and we couldn’t have picked a better place! The staff was friendly and very helpful, the beach was clean and not too crowded, and the condo was perfect!! Lots of space, clean, well stocked and a great location. We will be back!! My only suggests being your own pillows. The ones they had were lumpy.. lol.

Love coming to Okaloosa (Nautilus Condos) in September or October every year for a relaxing way to recharge from the hectic summer and for the Holidays to come.
From the slower pace of early fall and the pounding waves just beyond the
wonderful end unit balcony, this condo never disappoints. It keeps you coming back year after year!

We loved the unit and enjoyed our stay fully. This unit was clean and well-appointed. The lanai is large! The only negative was the broken elevator that appeared to have been "out of service" for quite some time. We don't mind some stair climbing, but a 7th floor unit should have reliable elevator service.

I love to stay in this unit. It's very spacious and comfortable. The view is magnificent! The only minor issue is that the appliances and living room furniture is beginning to look a little worn,but nothing that would prevent me from staying again or recommending it!!

Loved staying here and love this area! The unit is spacious and the view is incredible, the staff is wonderful and the beaches are beautiful! Not so crowded as Destin! The unit itself is somewhat dated and sparsely appointed but very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again simply for the view and the area! Great staff and price and you can’t beat the beaches!

We had a wonderful visit to Okaloosa and 1701 was the perfect fit for our family of 4. The condo is spacious and the balcony was the highlight. Our daughter is in a wheelchair and there was plenty of room for her inside and out.

We were very happy with the condo. It was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and it was very clean. We had a little trouble figuring out the cable TV situation as the "blue book" was missing but we got it working. The views were amazing and the staff was friendly and very helpful.

My family really enjoys our stays at the Nautilus. This was our 3rd time over a few years, and it was the penthouse. Our stay was cut short by a fatal illness with family back home. The staff at Nautilus somehow was able to credit our charges back for our unused stay. Great people to deal with as usual. My family would definitely stay with the Nautilus again and unit 1701 is one of the finest we have stayed in.

Everything about our stay at Nautilus was perfect. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful around. The unit is wide, spacious and clean. Kitchen is well stocked. The beds are super comfy. The balcony is great, there's plenty of room to take a nap in your lounge chair or relax in a rocking chair to the most beautiful view. The elevator is pretty slow, but everything else being so great, we didn't care. We will be back! We loved Burrito del Sol, Chicago Style Dogs & Beefs, and for an amazing dinner, go eat at Brotula's in Destin... worth the wait! Call Captain Bryan Klein at Sail Away Destin for your private small group cruise, the most fun we had on our trip, he is top notch!!

The condo was super spacious and we loved the wrap around balcony that we had! There were a couple of issues when we first arrived but the management took care of everything promptly. The view was to die for and the building is in a great location. Would absolutely stay again!

We absolutely love our 'Million Dollar View'
No reason to go to restaurants when we have such a gorgeous kitchen and balcony view.
Our unit has fair balcony furniture. But fair is not good or excellent. Nonetheless, we absolutely love coming here. Have been coming for 9 of the last 10 years. Will be back!

We have stayed in this condo for several years. It has an awesome view with a great western exposure that allows you to enjoy the sunsets. It's very spacious and the a/c works wonderfully.

This is our 4th time staying here and we always have a great experience, took the whole family (4 adults and 2 young children), the room was very spacious, clean and decorated nicely. Had great views of the Gulf and would leave the windows open at night to hear the crashing waves, so peaceful.

This was our first time on Okaloosa Island. The condo was perfect for us! We chose the bigger room because it was our wedding and our room could be used as a meeting point for everyone in town. The balcony was huge! The views were breathtaking. Everyone that stayed with us loved their rooms too. I can honestly say we will be back.

This condo made our weekend seem much better. It was a cooler and rainy weekend, we were in town for a cheerleading completion and this place was close to where we had to be and the condo is very nice. It felt like home, we will return.

We absolutely loved this unit 1701. We will ask to stay there again. Very clean, and updated. We had plenty of room, beautiful views of the ocean. My only complaint is the pool over looks the parking lot and not the ocean.
