THE CONDO
The comfortable living area offers plenty of space to gather, watch TV, or relax after a day in the sun. The dining area provides a comfortable place to enjoy meals together or gather around the table for a game.

Nautilus provides private beach access directly from the property to the public beach on Okaloosa Island. No street crossing is required to reach the beach.

- Beach Gear, Already Packed for You: No need to haul heavy gear from home - Nautilus 2307 comes equipped with two extra beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach tote.
- COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE: Beach service provided by our beach vendor includes two beach chairs and one umbrella with paid stays of 14 days or less from March 1 through October 31. Your setup is guaranteed, but the specific location on the beach is not.
- Vendor Rentals: Kayaks, paddleboards, extra setups and reserved locations can be rented directly from the vendor on the sand.

- Privacy & Safety: Association exterior security cameras monitor common areas. The unit also has a front door camera and a balcony camera recording video and audio of exterior spaces 24/7. The balcony camera can be disabled upon request before or during your stay.
