Good experience. Spacious, nice furnishings. Had guests overnight. Accommodations good. Dresser drawers wouldn't close. Reported to office. Nice view. Master bath has rubber!! shower liner making it very dark.Considering buildings age, I was satisfied. Have reserved same unit January and February. FL in winter better than IN.

The condo was great. Very spacious. We were 4 adults and 2 kids. It never felt crowded. It is beautifully decorated. The view is great. Having the towels, cooler and chairs there for use was a definite plus. When we had an issue with the bath tub thwy came and fixed it right away. Every possible utensil you can think of. The built in ice maker was also great and saved a lot on buying ice. They also had board games. Will definitely stay there again.

Everything as described and more! Close to the beach and the beach service was convenient. Fully stocked kitchen with separate ice maker. Washer and dryer was great. Very clean!

The process to rent this condo was extremely easy.
The staff was friendly and very helpful.
The unit was exactly like in the pictures and was very clean.
The digital code for the door was nice so there was not a key card to keep up with.
Overall I am very satisfied with the unit and it was at a fair price point.
The nautilus is less than 2 miles from the pier so that was a nice bonus.
I would definitely recommend staying here it's very quiet of the evening time and there is very little traffic on the road.

Very clean older condo. The view was nice and had plenty of pans for cooking and utensils. The management was very responsive and informative with text and emails regarding the stay. Close to restaurants and a Tom thumb that had icecream when my teens got late night munchies. Good location for a quite family of 5.

We enjoyed the sunshine and the amenities on the property. Everything was well maintained. The staff was always ready to help if needed. Unfortunately for us the drive from South Dakota to fort Walton is very exhausting as we are in our mid seventies.

Our family of 5 thorougly enjoyed our stay at Nautilus--our first time to stay in FWB! The location is perfect, the overall size of the building is just great since it never felt too crowded, even with one elevator out of operation during our stay. The staff was friendly and the texts to check in/out were so efficient and easy. We especially loved that we couldn't really hear any neighbors above/below/beside us, maybe due to the solid concrete build? Our unit was very spacious and well appointed with a beautiful view. The only small downside was the carpeted living room and bedrooms (just kind of strange for trapping beach sand) and floors left our crawling baby's knees visibly dirty after our first 20 minutes in the condo. But we found a mop inside and did a quick clean of the tiled floors even thoug they didn't look dirty to the naked eye (they had obviously cleaned, it could just have been in need of a deeper cleaning honestly.) We would return here for sure!

We throughly enjoyed our stay was a little disappointing about not having the game on since the service was down but we found a cool place to watch the game that night.

Did not know what to expect. But we where blown away at the condo and location. The beach access and pool where awesome and staff was attentive to anything. We lived it so much that staying at condo all day was still a vacation. The money we saved going to a grocery store instead of eating out everyday was great.

Everything was great, and staff was helpful. The elevator was out of order and caused some issues especially being so busy this past week. Our key didn’t work properly.
Everything was clean and overall we had a wonderful time.

The condo was very clean and a perfect location! Close to everything! The beach was never too busy because this isn't a huge resort. The beach service was great as well. Loved having 2 big bedrooms and bathrooms for a family of 6. Only downfall was 1 elevator.

Great location. We had a side unit but it still provided great beachfront views. Unit was spacious with large balcony the guest bedroom was perfect for a larger family with two additional beds. We will definitely be back to stay here in the future.

We enjoyed our say at the Nautilus. Location is great. Close to things,great seafood restaurants. We enjoy seafood and we were not disappointed. Staff is friendly. Only problem we saw was the condo does need some updates- carpet in TV room and better recliner.

We needed a late minute reservation in order to catch the week of perfect weather. We have stayed in many different places in Fort Walton and Destin over the years but it was our first time at the Nautilus.
We were not disappointed. The condo was spacious and laid out well. Our adult granddaughter was with us and she had her private bedroom and bath at one end, and we had ours at the other end. The kichen was huge and very well appointed with utensils and cookware. All the appliances worked, many were new.
The view was fantastic from the condo and beach access was just right outside. The heated pool was very nice. Everything had been recently updated outside.
The staff was friendly, checkin couldnt have been easier.
The condo was an excellent place to stay for the money.

This unit is VERY needy. Old, outdated, needs almost everything in there replaced. The carpet is trash worthy. The ac unit froze up, maintenance came replaced the broken part, the unit froze up again the next 2 days. The patio furniture is junky, uncomfortable and worn out.
I would be ashamed to own a property in such a picturesque setting and fail to maintain that unit.

Being with you was one of the greatest experiences I have ever had me personally I travel with my family everywhere we go we got together and we always stay in a hotel room normally a suite.
But thanks to the experience of being with you I learned that there is home away from home and this experience I lived it in your place plus the location of your condo is fabulous everything was so convenient I am extremely happy and so is my family we give you an A+

The Condo was Nice, Location was great, But the beds were very Worn out and one was actually broken. New beds are needed in that one. Since I rented 2 rooms it was the room with the 2 double beds. Otherwise everything else in the Condo was fine.

The property outside appearance was good. The rooms were not as clean but the maintenance crew was repairing water damage from the hurricane. The grilling area and furniture was fine but the grills were in need of attention. Neither of the grills were standing straight. They were leaning quite a bit.

This was my 6th time staying at Nautilus. I enjoy the location the quick & easy walk getting to the beach & the facility in general. The condo was nice it had everything we needed. Will Continue to come back!

First visit at this particular condo, but this might just be the best one yet. Love the views. Sunrises from the balcony and sunset right out the front door. The pool is visible from the front walk but no pool noise can be heard around here. The views are amazing and we can hear the sound of the surf but not the traffic. A win win. A hidden gem from the hustle and bustle of Ft Walton and Destin.

The place was nice and clean. Linens were fresh which it is inportant to me. Kitchen was neat. Only issue was the tv on the library room that was not working, a cox tech was called but the problem wasn’t the cable but the Tv. Remote control in the master bedroom was missing but other than that it was great. We will come back.

Over all a really great place to stay; good view of the beach and easy access. Rental also includes umbrellas and beach chairs. Very clean but could use some updating especially the bathrooms.
