Our Vrbo was clean and had most everything furnished that we needed. The only thing I would recommend is more toilet paper as there were only three rolls for six people staying 5-6 days. We did have trouble getting into the lockbox to get into our Condo, but the host was more than happy to come and assist. We would definitely stay here again if the need ever arises.

Instructions sent the night before were missing the code #. It was difficult to get a timely response and lock box hard to work. Inquired about size of beds, not a queen but 2 twins in one BR. Elevator located between bldgs not in the middle of unit. Could use grab bars in the tub and shower area, lighting in the LR, 2 chairs on balcony were broken & puddles due to dip on floor of lanai. Place was clean, cozy and kitchen was well appointed.

Had an Awesome time , the condo was perfect for the four of us girls. It was very clean & when we couldn’t get the key back in place the day before we left. They were came over & showed us how to fix it. Loved the screened in porch. We will definitely come back.

The location was perfect, we walked to all our meals, the beach across the street, we took the car out once. Very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Has beach cart, umbrella, towels, etc. one thing missing a cooler. hard to bring that on the airplane so having that would have been nice. Can't wait to book again for next year.

Easy, quiet, relaxing. Walk the beach( they have beach chairs/towels), donuts, use pool for aquafit and screen in balcony adds to places to read, relax and talk.

The condo was a great location to everything we wanted to do. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. They did have some dredging taking place on the beach. Other than looks of the big pipe running down the beach, it didn’t impact our beach time at all. The beach wagon, chairs and umbrella they provided came in handy. They also provided beach towels. It was just a short drive to downtown and an outlet mall. The condo was clean, roomy and very well decorated. The beds were comfortable as well. We loved the custom shower in the master suite. I would stay here again.

We had a great time. The place was convenient to the beach (right across the street) and downtown (a 10 minute drive). The pool was clean and refreshing. It seemed to be a safe area to walk/jog in and there were several good restaurants nearby.

This location is wonderful. Across the street from the beach and walkable area to many restaurants. Pool is heated and the accommodations are clean and roomy for a family.

Location was great and the condo was very clean. However, the pool was closed the day we arrived so the following day I called to see when it was expected to open and was informed that it was not do to a bacteria. I understand that cannot be controlled but, some sort of compensation should have been offered and I should have been notified about their ONLY pool being closed or offered a pool pass to a location near by would have been wonderful!

The property is nicely appointed. The king and queen up front had a bathroom which was a little smallish, but it's really fine. The master had an en suite and the bathroom is really big with a two-sink vanity and a separate toilet/shower/bath area with a pocket door.

The screened in porch was really nice and the furniture out there was very comfortable. Everyone went out there at some point in our stay.

The den was nice and some liked the sofas (with reclining seats on each end), while others thought it was hard to get comfortable on them and the sofa covers did not help. It kept coming off. (I understand the person's thinking with protecting the furniture, but it was awkward. The corner kept flipping up.) If we had not had so much rain, I don't know whether this would've been as much of an issue.

The beds were all comfortable. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms as well.

The table fits oddly in the eating area. The dining set is nice, but too long for the space. The kitchen has very basic things. I was looking for a blender to make my smoothie, but none could be found. The cupboard space is ample if you want to cook in, but we chose to go out for most meals. There are some REALLY good restaurants in the area.

We did have a couple of issues and called the management number. Patty was very helpful EVERY TIME we contacted her.

We rented the place for a weekend and we had an amazing time. Very convincing located to restaurant, beach and gas station. The hostess replayed to our question in a timer manner and give us informed about the area. For sure I will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Seaside Retreat. A retreat it was. Beautiful condo. Beachy theme throughout. Restaurants, beach and pool all within walking distance.
