We loved the condo. Right in the beach was so convenient to restaurants. The condo was clean and I especially liked the bar glasses. They were very unique. I would definitely come back

We loved our stay at The Pearl! I could not say more great things about the condo - it was beautifully appointed, has an amazing balcony that’s perfect for evening hangouts, and the location is unparalleled. We loved playing at the pool with our one-year-old! The check-in and check-out process was seamless. The beach itself was somewhat crowded, especially in the open areas between the beach service chairs, but nothing like Destin during the same high season. Definitely check out the Sea Turtle Conservation Center while you’re there - it’s so fun!
Our only issue was with the free beach service - the worker in charge of the chairs was exceptionally rude to us as soon as we mentioned we had complimentary chairs. He told us to sit in the back as there were “no front chairs available”. We went to sit in the back and I noticed two sets of chairs and umbrellas up front with no tags - we asked about those and he “let us” sit up there. We would have gladly paid for chairs (and asked to do so once we realized that the chairs weren’t going to be guaranteed) but, even though we were actively sitting in them (so they were open) he wouldn’t let us pay to rent them for the next day, telling us we had complimentary chairs and couldn’t rent them on the front row. He also gaslit my mother, and threatened to call the owners of the condo for being “a problem”. We would 100% stay at this condo again, but that man really has made it hard for us to decide to rebook for next year (even though I know it’s not The Pearl or our condo owners’ fault!) My recommendation is to book with the Pearl, but don’t tell him you have complimentary chairs and you should have no trouble!

Everything was great and was very nice. The door stop needs to be fixed so the front door stays open when carrying things in and the door stop protector that’s screwed into the baseboard was falling out on the floor and I re-screwed it in because it was a sharp object. The back sliding glass door to the balcony also wouldn’t lock for us to keep the kid out. Everything was still very nice.

Nice place. Would stay again. Navarre Beach is very nice for those looking to get away from all the touristy activity stuff. There's only 3 bar/restaurants on Navarre Beach. We liked it that way.
The staff that manages the property was very nice to work with. Some of the best we've ever dealt with on vacations.

Very clean condo, the entire property was nice and didn’t disappoint. The views were breathtaking. My only complaint was having to leave at the end of our stay.

Our condo was well furnished and clean. We had everything we needed to enjoy a week at the beach. The property is gated and we felt very safe our whole time there. The pool area was very nice and provided a great spot for our children to play.

The condo was ready early and check in was smooth. Great location on the e beach, with chair service provided. Our only complaint was that the chair service that was included in the rental relegated us to the second row, even while some of the chairs on the front were not used all week.

Very large and beautifully decorated condo with an amazing view. Kitchen came equipped with absolutely everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. Check-in was quick and instructions were easy to follow. We truly loved our time here.

We had a lovely experience. The property was clean and prettier than the photographs.
Easy check in. The view inside to the patio is priceless.
Beach service was easy. Tip:during busy season grab the free chairs before you arrive or day of so you get front row.

The Pearl & Paradise are absolute perfection in every way. Unit 804 was absolutely gorgeous and everything was sparkling clean & orderly. This is the perfect unit for our girls vacation & we will be back in October & again next May. Thank you Paradise Beach for making our week spectacular! We went to Andy D's for dinner and the food & service was superb. The weather was perfect.

We were looking for a place where our Texas family could drive, they had never been to Florida, we flew out from Boston. I have been renting for years on the VBRO site, and the extra fees are getting extravagant, so when I found that Paradise Beach Homes, had places in both Pensacola and Navarra Beach, I was delighted! The condo was beautiful, clean, perfect for the 5 of us! The views from the desk were stunning...white sand, the cleanest beach we have ever seen, we saw dolphins and a sea turtle! The desk was also a sun trap, so we spent a lot of time reading and relaxing in the warm March sun! We loved the Pearl, a lovely well maintained property, and the management staff for Paradise Homes, should be a model for great property management. Thank you the Gobron's from Boston, and Clark's from Douglassville!

The condo was perfect for our beach trip. We had a wonderful time staying here. Very clean and well equipped. Gorgeous view of the ocean! Really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, balcony furniture was nice and comfortable. Also enjoyed using the beach chair/setup that came included with this unit. We would definitely book this unit again for future trips! (Only negative was the hot tub closed at 10)

The Pearl is a excellent property, enjoyed the "warm" pool, beach service, and daily walks on biking trail. Found many of the top restaurant within 10 minutes. Condo 804 is an amazing unit, furnished well with lots of storage, we will be booking again.

We had not stayed in Navarre Beach until this year when we were forced to find another condo due to Hurricane Sally hitting the Orange Beach area. So, we were apprehensive about going to a different location. We were happily surprised at both the condo and the Navarre area. The condo was great and the property managers provided us just the right amount of support. We plan to come back again next year.

From the nice gift bag at arrival . Beautiful decor, comfortable bed and and furnishings to the great kitchen and full size washer and dryer. We couldn’t have asked for more. Love the chair serve and plenty of parking. Definitely recommend this condo and the management company!!
