Fort Walton Beach Christmas Parade

Join the Fort Walton Beach community and celebrate the start of this year's holiday season with the annual Christmas parade! Festive floats will travel along Elgin Parkway, starting at First Street and ending at Hughes Street, and feature a special visit from Santa Clause, himself. This year's theme will be "Zoo Animals" but be sure to leave the real zoo animals at home and celebrate the theme through spectacular costumes and decorations!

Snowball Derby

One of the biggest pavement short track racing events, the 58th annual Snowball Derby returns to the Five Flags Speedway for another exciting weekend.

The 39th Annual Tree Lighting

Join the community of Destin for an annual, festive tree lighting. Little ones can also visit Santa Claus, himself! Donations of one non-perishable food item will be collected for families in need.

9th Annual Cruisin' Into Christmas

Hosted by the Emerald Coast Harley-Davidson, this ticketed event will include a catered dinner, fun adult beverages and live entertainment. Attendees can also take part in live and silent auctions for exciting prizes!

The Lighted Boat Parade

Celebrate the holidays with the dazzling Holiday Lighted Boat Parade in Pensacola Beach, Florida! Watch boats of all sizes, shapes and colors compete in the annual contest as they cruise through the canal. The parade begins around Little Sabine at 6:30 p.m. and ends at Quietwater/Soundside and after, stay for Santa’s grand arrival in his sleigh. Prizes will be awarded to the "Most Merry" and "Best in Show" boats.

Santa Drop at the Flora-Bama

Head to the Flora-Bama on December 6th to see the iconic Santa Drop. Santa will skydive onto the sandy beaches and then head to the tent for pictures with the kids. After hanging with Saint Nick, enjoy kids crafts, games, live music, face painting and sweat treats. Toys for Tots will also be on site accepting unwrapped and unopened toy donations.

Artist Chantell Ryter and the Krewe of the Grateful Gluttons are bringing their talents to the Baytowne Wharf community. Everyone is invited to make a lantern and join as they parade giant lantern puppets through the village for this winter celebration.

LuLu's Lighted Boat Christmas Parade

Take part in one of the oldest Christmas traditions in Coastal Alabama with Lulu’s Lighted Christmas Boat Parade! The parade starts at dusk at Lulu’s in Gulf Shores and ends at the Wharf, but boats will be visible all along the canal for all to enjoy the brightly decorated boats as they light up the night.

Destin Boat Parade

The annual Destin Boat Parade is an epic display of holiday cheer. Hang out along the parade route and watch as a wide array of decorated, dazzling boats travel down the harbor. The route starts on the east side near Boshamps and ends near the Destin Bridge, finishing with a spectacular fireworks display at the HarborWalk Village Main Stage.

Visits with Santa

Brings the kids to HarborWalk Village for a free photo with Santa! Santa will be there every weekend in December up until the 21st to hear the kids holiday wishes. The event will also feature a reindeer scavenger hunt and a special letter writing station.

As one of the many Winterfest festivities, a talented cast will take the classic tale of A Christmas Carol to the streets of Pensacola Beach. Ring in the New Year with an epic party at the Flora-Bama New Year’s Eve Bash. Tickets sell out fast so be sure to purchase them ahead of time. Each ticket includes an all you can eat dinner buffet, a breakfast buffet starting at midnight, a champagne toast and party favors. The party will be bumpin’ all night long with live music on all three stages.

Attendees can enjoy the 8:00 PM Kids’ Beach Ball Drop or wait until midnight to countdown the end of 2024 with one of the world’s largest beach balls.

Baytowne NYE Countdown

Ring in the new year with an exciting night at the Village of Baytowne Wharf! Enjoy family-friendly events from 6-8 p.m. with face painting, kid's activities and the first epic fireworks show of the night. Then, adults can stay and enjoy live music until 1 a.m. on the Events Plaza Stage and another amazing display at midnight. The Countdown is 21+ after 10 p.m.

Foodeesfest

The number one food truck festival in the US is heading to Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Tickets are free but be sure to register for your spot to try out over 40 different food trucks and dozens of local artisans!

Blue Angels Practice

A few days a month, the world-famous Blue Angels can be seen practicing over the museum at NAS Pensacola. This month spectators can see the team take flight on October 15th, 21st, 22nd, 28th and 29th. Gates will open at 9:30 a.m. and the pilots are scheduled to head to the skies at 10:30 a.m.
