This beautiful condo has a soothing coastal living feel with happy beach colors as well as breathtaking views from a private fifth-floor balcony. The kitchen has been upgraded with upscale countertops and a beautiful backsplash, new appliances, white cabinetry as well as everything you need to make your favorite beach meal and snack. The living area has been recently updated with a new sofa and loveseat and offers a large TV with DVD player. The dining table seats six plus four at the bar and if you're in need of more space, the balcony offers a convenient outdoor dining area overlooking the waves. The main bedroom has a warm sunny charm with white furniture, a king bed with custom bedding, a TV, and a DVD player. The main bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and a twin allowing plenty of room to sleep five people total, and it offers a TV, and a DVD player as well. For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer so you don't have to worry about your clothes during your stay. With three TVs, three DVDs, free WiFi, and a CD stereo system, you will have much to enjoy when you are ready to come in out of the sun! This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Enjoy a unique movie-going experience at New Vision Theatres Boulevard 10, three miles away. THINGS TO KNOW Seasonal beach service is included from March to October. Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental. Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental. Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.
