Features: Free Wi-Fi. Just around the corner from the community pool and a short walk to the beach is a fabulous four bedroom, two story home called Blue Marlin at the Villages of Crystal Beach. This gorgeous home has over sized parking with cobblestone pavers and is central to all the fun activities and shopping in Destin. As you enter Blue Marlin, you will find tastefully decorated contemporary furnishings, laminate wood and tile flooring, granite counters in the kitchen and baths, and nice coastal touches throughout! The living room offers a very large flat screen TV and a great gray leather sectional sofa with two orange chairs. The dining table is just gorgeous with a thick natural wood table top, two formal chairs on each end, and bench style seating on each side to accommodate plenty to sit and dine in style. The kitchen offers custom tiled backsplash, fine cabinetry, stainless appliances, and is fully stocked to be able to prepare meals in your home away from home. There are also six fine leather high backed bar stools to sit comfortably at the breakfast bar. There is a half bath next to the kitchen. To the rear of the house is a spacious master bedroom with a lovely king bed, fine bedding, a large flat screen TV, and access to an en-suite full bathroom. The master bathroom offers dual sinks, a tub, and a separate walk-in shower that is beautifully tiled. Just up the stairs to the second floor, you will find a media room with the most incredible convertible leather sofa that flips down into a queen sofa sleeper! There is also a very large flat screen TV, DVD player, and access to the private balcony. Next, to the media room, you will find a bedroom with a king bed with a separate access to the balcony. In the hallway is a full bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower tub combo. Then you will find the third and fourth bedrooms at the end of the hall, one of which offers a fabulous bunk bedroom that the kids will love with two twin bunks on the top over two full bunk beds on the bottom. Right next door is the fourth bedroom with another fabulous king bedroom with designer bedding, and a third full bathroom. Also along the second-floor hall is a front load washer and dryer to use during your stay. Come and bask in the sun and enjoy the Emerald Coast at Blue Marlin at the Villages of Crystal Beach! Please note - motorcycles, RVs, jet skis, golf carts etc. are not allowed on the property and a maximum of 3 cars per house is allowed per the association. Parking limited to driveway only. No streetside parking allowed at any time.
