This wonderful Holiday Isle two story home is located on the first canal off of Destin Harbor with two private boat slips and a private pool. The aptly named, ‘Happy Harbor House’ has been recently renovated and is a little slice of heaven within a two block walking distance of the beautiful white sand beach and shores of the Gulf of Mexico. The private pool is surrounded by spacious decking that wraps around the home including a large upper deck over one of the two private boat slips on the canal. You can enjoy the patio table and as you cook out on the private propane grill during your stay. Inside the entry of ‘Happy Harbor House’, you will find a spacious living area with a large flat screen TV, a DVD player, a nice queen sofa sleeper, two other sofas, and a chair. There is a dining/game area with two café height tables with seating for eight, board games, and access to the first floor deck and pool on the canal side. There is a fine king bed with luxury bedding in one of the first floor bedrooms. The other first floor bedroom offers a double bed and a queen futon. There is a full bathroom in the hallway on the first floor. You will also find a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room on the first floor. Up the stairs to the second floor you will see a fully equipped kitchen with nice appliances and a window that overlooks the pool and the canal. There is a second living area/den with a flat screen TV, DVD player, a queen sofa sleeper, a loveseat, and a chair. Just to the side of the kitchen and living area, there is a formal dining area with chairs for six and access to the second floor deck. The master bedroom offers a king bed, designer bedding, and a master bathroom with a garden tub, separate walk in shower, and dual sinks. The fourth bedroom, also on the second floor, offers a fine queen bed, custom bedding, and a built in bookcase. The third bathroom is in the hall and offers a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
