This is our 7th year at this property and it is always a great experience. The condos don’t disappoint and the staff is helpful and timely. We love the heated pool and the proximity to our favorite spots. The beach walking is spectacular and right out our door. This visit the air conditioning went out and they were very prompt to order and new one and replace it .

Location of condo is great and beach access and view top notch.
Interior of condo needs some attention as in dero cleaning and paint touch to.
Disappointed in neighboring pet owner letting his dog use the grass areas in front of our patios for bathroom breaks and not always cleaning up.

This is our third stay at the Coral Reef! We love it and the rental office is great to work with and always accommodating!

I loved the location of this condo! Very convenient and decorated so adorable! The only issues were cleanliness especially around baseboards and the condo was not equipped well in the kitchen with storage containers for food etc. I have been coming for years and my sister has stayed in this condo for many years so I know the couch has been there forever and you can feel the grime on it...should maybe consider cleaning it or replacing it.

We love staying at Coral Reef - this was the first time we stayed in unit #15. The unit needs to replace the kitchen facet - if you don't turn it just right it keeps running water Needs replacing.

This was our second condo during our stay due to having an issue in one of the units. The way the staff responded to our issue made the rest of the stay a little more relaxing and enjoyable.

Coral Reef unit 15 was perfect for our party of 5. We enjoyed being steps from the beach. It is just a few minutes from Publix, Walmart, many restaurants and seafood markets. The condo was clean upon our arrival and the on site check in and management can’t be beat. The beach was not over crowded and we felt secure at the property. The beach chair attendant was friendly and helpful. We have been coming to the Destin area for over 40 years and Coral Reef Club is our absolute favorite place to stay. We will be back soon!

Never disappointed with Coral Reef, have been staying there for 30 years (except when the hurricane damaged it)I love the convenience of the bottom floor. Now grandkids like 3 floor. Staff very friendly and helpful

We have been coming to Destin Florida since my son was 4 years old he is now 37 years old. Coral Reef Club is the best area and condominiums that we have found in all that time. What more can I say. I do have to say though that the management needs to have the other guest comply with all the rules.

Our stay was amazing! We had the best condo in the building! Access to the beach was quick and being on the bottom floor made taking all of our beach items a breeze. Some minor concerns I have were some of the lights on the sidewalk didn’t work, and the chairs get picked up too early (5:00). The room was clean and the kitchen is well stocked with all kinds of utensils and dishes. I will most definitely try to get this exact condo again!
