Pros - outstanding beach location and could be one of the top on the Emerald Coast. Street location, nice being off the busy Hwy 98, quiet end of street.

Cons - this is an older WOOD building. The noise transfer from room to room, floor to floor is insane. You can hear everything ... TV’s, talking, Snoring, etc. It felt like we had a heard of elephants above us stomping on our heads for the entire month! Let alone a young kid running back and forth continuously. It’s a mazing how inconsiderate people are and after complaining it actually got WORSE!

If you book a unit here I would highly recommend booking a third floor unit and be respectful of the people around you.

great overall! dishwasher was a little on the poor side. wasn't attached to cabinet, drawer was broken, didn't clean well.

Our stay at Coral Reef Club was amazing. The room was spotless and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Kerry and Hannah were a joy to work with.

Our Condo needed some TLC when we arrived. Maintenance and office staff promptly responded to our concerns and professionally took action to fix and clean . Making our 3 month stay at the beach comfortable and our home away from home.

Perfect location, easy beach access. Room was perfect for us and two little boys. The door is a key lock, with a deadbolt turn on the inside, and no extra latch at the top. It’s the only thing I would change for added security, and possibly curious toddlers. We barricaded the door at night to help keep them from wandering :)
We’ll be back though!

This place is right on the beach and has chair and umbrella service ever day. Very comfortable, clean and has an amazing view. Within walking distance of many restaurant and shopping areas. Short drive to many popular eating establishments.

Coral Reef was a fantastic location for our family! The beach set up was wonderful to have each day. The condo itself was immaculate. I only wish there would have been more time to spend there!

The condo was very clean and well equipped. It was steps from the beach with a very attentive chair setup company. The view from the deck was wonderful and very relaxing. There was always plenty of parking and close to great restaurants. We will definitely be back.

This is 4th or 5 th time we stayed at one of your properties but it has gone down hill and we were disappointed in cleanliness and was very worn. Mattress was terrible. We were sad because we just go to Destin Reality but now are looking at other spots to try. Dishwasher wasn’t connected to cabinet - you’d open door and it almost fall out, dirt and grime on ceiling fan above bed was horrible to look at and mattress had ill fitting piece of foam on top of it - unacceptable. We spoke with another family that had stayed there for years and they were terribly disappointed in cleanliness and wouldn’t be back after years. They had two condos reserved this time. Based on that I’d be hesitant to return .
