This unit was perfect for our family of 5. My only complaint is that there isn’t much for hanging up went clothes or towels. Some hooks would be nice. Otherwise it was a nice, well kept unit.

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Destin Beach Club. We loved the condo building. With it being a smaller building with only 3 floors, it was much less crowded than the other condos we could see in the distance. The free chairs and umbrella set up was especially great. The view from the balcony is amazing and just steps to the sand. Will definitely stay at Destin Beach club next trip to Destin!

Had a wonderful stay, but wanted to change rooms to reduce cost, Destin Realty did not respond to two emails requesting a change. I had Travel insurance, which I thought would aid me in changing rooms. Other rooms were $500.00 cheaper.

We really enjoyed the condo. However, the washer and dryer are of poor quality. The floors were nice - no carpeting. I would suggest taller balcony furniture. The short furniture does not give a clear view of the beach because the railing/bars obstruct it. There was a terrible odor coming from the garbage disposal.

Kids loved the beach and pool. We also loved the feel and vibe of the resort, felt very cozy and easy to come and go, no long elevator waits like some other condos. Our condo was well kept and comfortable for 4 people. Loved the view from the balcony, watching dolphins frolic in the waters.

We love Destin and Destin beach Club however we were not impressed with 303. It has at one point been updated, except bathrooms but has not been maintained well. The water pressure was almost nothing, toilets were low and not maintained. The bed was great! All in all it was just ok. I would not select this unit again but would recommend Destin Beach Club, great location and grounds well maintained.

Really liked the condo. It had a little more room for clothes storage. Wish it had two full baths. Bathtub was dingy. Loved being near the stairwell! We will rent this condo,303 again next year! With the exception of the tub,the condo was very clean.

We have been staying here for about 5 years. We always like the ease of booking our stay, the flexibility of our dates of stay, and the ease of check in. We love the beachfront chair service, the beachfront pool, and the location is so close to everything we like to visit. Prompt service if there are any issues. Love the low density of the unit as the beach is lovely without the crowds. It’s so easy to enjoy our vacation here. Highly recommended.

Our week in Destin was a vacation from a week in Disney with family. We were able to relax and recoup while enjoying the beautiful Gulf. Love the location & non high rise building. The office staff could be friendlier. This is our 4th or 5th stay here. Saw many with pets, assume it was owners. Overall, good experience.

We enjoyed our stay in 303. It was obviously recently undated ant it was done well. Clean, nice space. Check in and out wae easy. Beach access was close and nicely set up.
