We have stayed here before several years ago and loved it. I had just completed radiation for breast cancer and we had planned on our trip to Destin for over 8 months but were going to take our RV. We wanted to stay somewhere that was right on the beach and I remembered staying here and was so happy they had a room. It was beautiful. It had all the necessary items for cooking you may need. I live love love the addition of the chairs and umbrella for the beach and the balcony looking over the ocean. I would highly recommend staying here. Very relaxing and comfortable place. Highly recommend.

We have stayed here many times before. We love the location & resort itself but unit 305 definitely has some issues. LR furniture is very uncomfortable, coffee pot needs to be replaced & dishwasher is next to impossible to turn on as controls are UNDER edge of countertop. Also door lock is extremely difficult to lock & unlock. For the price all these issues need to be resolved. Will not stay in #305 again.

With the exception of a non-functional ice maker and flushing issues in the commode for the master bedroom until the day before our departure, we really enjoyed the location and room for our five day visit.

Greatest Destin trip ever!! This unit is our favorite, and we have stayed at DBC for over 30 years. Very clean, amenities were great, comfortable bed, tasteful decorations.

Very easy and relaxing to stay here. We enjoy the beach service by John. He is very accommodating to set up our chais and umbrellas daily.

We stayed at the Destin Beach Club, in unit #305, for 10 days in Sept. 2022. We were very lucky because the weather was literally perfect during our entire stay. The Gulf water was warm as bath water, the beach was clean and white as sugar, and the shelling was fun and plentiful. Unit 305 was perfect for us! With Destin Beach Club being only 3 stories high, the beach was MUCH less crowded than the beach areas of the high rise buildings. The high ceiling in the living room made the place feel much bigger. The extra half bath was great to have, as was having a washer & dryer in the unit. The condo was equipped with everything you could possibly need, with crisp bed linens, comfy pillows, quality towels, nice kitchen dishes, glasses, quality utensils, pots & pans, good appliances, etc., etc. The furniture was very comfortable, and the view from the balcony was beautiful... we purposely chose a 3rd floor unit away from the pool, for better views of the Gulf and a bit more quiet (although the weather was so good, very few people even used the beautiful heated pool). The beach service provided each day was perfect, with comfortable chaise lounges and a large umbrella. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and polite, from check-in to check-out. We needed the batteries in our closet safe to be replaced, as well as a light bulb in the kitchen, and their maintenance guys responded quickly and efficiently. In short, our stay was perfect, and we will definitely be back... and we'll choose #305 again!

The rental was great. A few of my complaints were not thick enough covers on the beds, no soap or scrub brush in the kitchen and no trash bags. When you come for a vacation you shouldnt have to buy things like that.

Unit 305 was perfect. The only thing that would make it better is if they got a new king mattress. The current mattress is shot. It broken down on the sides so you literally fall in groves.

We had a wonderful vacation at Destin Beach Club! This is a quiet and comfortable place amid the hurry that is Destin. We would recommend this place to anyone who wants to escape the crowds and still be close to resturants and shopping.

The vacation home was exactly what we expected comfortable well equipped beautiful views quiet relaxing safe and the staff is the best always willing to help perfect location great grills for outdoor cooking perfect in every way.

This was our first visit to Destin. We were able to check-in a little early, which was fantastic. The unit we reserved was clean and very nicely appointed. 3rd floor with a balcony so you could hear the surf. The location of the property is ideal. Nice big kitchen with plenty of counter space. The bunks in the hallway were wonderful. The Hollywood-style bath was perfect for our needs. I would recommend this property to anyone! Thank you to the great on-site staff! The property is clean and well maintained. And, again, the location is GREAT!
