We were greeted with friendly smiles each time we were in the lobby! Our unit was very nicely decorated and in great condition! The easy beach access was an added plus! We will be back again.

The condo was great! There was 6 of us, and we had plenty of room! The pool was warm for those few cooler days we didn’t want to spend on the beach, and the beach service was a nice bonus so we didn’t have to carry a bunch of stuff down to the water! It’s our 2nd time at Holiday Surf, and we will continue to come here for our Florida travels!! The first floor was definitely the way to go with all the kids, too!!

As a young family we visited the Holiday Surf and Racket Club for many years during spring break. This time we returned with grandchildren. It did not disappoint. We chose a ground floor unit which enabled easy in and outing to swimming, tennis, shuffleboard, pickle ball and the beach.
The unit is well set up for two families with personal space and common areas. It is well equipped with everything you would need. There were also puzzles, games and books to entertain.
The resort is well equipped and loans out rackets and movies freely. We thoroughly enjoyed our week even with some inclement weather. It was a reminder of the good times we had in the past.
We highly recommend the resort and the unit.

Always impressed with the customer service, housekeeping, and amenities! We are repeat customers that have been returning for many years. I will say we have as a family, have made many memories here and plan to continue. The upgrades on our condo have remained aesthetically pleasing! We also felt safe in our condo #104 during the bad storms that rolled through. Even though it was double red flag every day, we had plenty to do at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club. Still not a fan of the barn door in the master that would come open when you’d think it’s closed, but other than that, 5 stars, 10/10 and highly recommend booking next vacation at this amazingly clean place!

Unit 104 was the perfect the perfect condo for our family. It was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. We were very impressed and we will hopefully return next summer. Great job!

Room 104 was absolutely gorgeous! Newly and completely renovated! I’d never stayed on the ground floor before but bc we had a toddler, we thought best to stay there. It turned out to be perfect for us! We will def be requesting to stay here again!!����

A great place for our family. In a central location for activities outside of the rental although we spent most time on site at the beach & tennis courts. Rooms are spacious; although the pictures need updating as the balcony is not screened in as shown. Our rental was swept (but definitely not "clean" as the floors needed a good mopping). Overall we were pleased and would consider staying again.

We have been staying here for over 20 years. The new updates to the property look great. Our only complaint was check in time. Every guest should be checked in by 4 pm. If not, there should be some compensation. We are lucky because my sister owns a condo so we can go to the beach. We had a great stay and will be back.

My sister and I make an annual trip to Destin in the fall. This year we included my daughter and niece, so we needed more beds. This property was perfect with the three beds in the smaller bedroom and a sleeper couch.

The unit needs to be updated. It was a great location but the wicker furniture was uncomfortable and needs to be replaced, and it needs to be painted and deep cleaned. Had several issues with the appliances but maintience come in very quickly and fixed. Kitchen was well stocked with items needed.

Love HOLIDAY SURF..we have been coming for almost 25 years. Place is looking great. Love the easier access to the beach.
My unit could use some updates in kitchen area.
I visited other units this year that look amazing with new updates. The owners of this unit might want to do the same.
I probably will try to get another unit on the next visit.
Beds not too comfy.
Still had a great time.

I've been staying here almost every year for over twenty years. I come with a friend, usually in May, just to crash after a busy year,catch up on lost sleep and read some good novels. I'm retired, more or less: he's still working full time. Nearby restaurants are great, especially Louisiana Lagniappe, just down the street. This year I gained 5 pounds-- too much key lime pie. Even if you can't get in the water, the white fine sandy beach is great for a walk. Good exercise walking the sidewalk. The condos are very comfortable and always clean and well stocked with cooking utensils in the kitchen if you prefer to eat in. For those who like or need to shop, every store imaginable is out on the "strip", #98. Many of the finer restaurants are also there: Brotula's, Dewey Destins, AJs etc.
This year a handicapped ramp was being added for easy access to the beach.

The Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is our go-to spring break home away from home. It's close to all of the local attractions but far enough west that the beach isn't overly crowded. 104 could use a little interior work (interior doors don't close easily, pans need to be replaced, fan doesn't work in master bathroom), but, overall, we enjoyed ourselves again this year.

This unit we stayed in (104) was well updated, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space for our family of 5. The TV were not the easiest to use but we did not use them much. We enjoyed being on the first floor with three children who needed to be outside running around and right across from shuffle board courts and tennis courts was very nice.
