We always enjoy our stay at Holiday Surf and Racquet club!! The only comment we have is that the mattress in the master bedroom is a little uncomfortable. The pillows are great the mattress might need to be changed out.

Great spot for a family vacation. You couldn’t be closer to the beach and you are within 10 minutes driving distance from anything you would want to do / places you would want to eat in Destin. The unit was clean and we didn’t have any issues. Check in / out is smooth and efficient and we appreciated the quiet hours that are adhered to at the resort. Great experience overall and would recommend for others.

We stayed the first week in August and had a great time. Our unit was updated and clean and slept our family comfortably. Easy access to the beach and we really enjoyed how nice it was to have the beach only for the guests of Holiday Surf & Racquet. The water was beautiful all week long. We'll definitely be back!

We checked in late and everything went smooth the front desk workers were all so sweet. I forgot it was memorial day weekend but it still was so quiet. It was busy on memorial day at the beach but still got an umbrella and chairs that are provided with your stay. We had our 3 kids with us and they had a blast between the beach being right there and shuffleboard the pool and tennis they never were bored. Thank y'all for another successful and relaxing family vacation. This was our 3rd year staying here and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

This was another successful Destin SB on the books. It had all that we needed and was clean. This to me is most important. The inside was well decorated and had all the amenities you would need. It was a great location to the marinas. We usually stay on the east side of the bridge but this property is west side coming off the bridge. The cherry in top was a pontoon rental to crab island. There is plenty of equipment rental to keep your kids busy the whole time. I do wish that it supplied beach towels because packing those takes up a lot of room. Also there is no dryer in the unit so most of the time they stayed damp. The dryers are on the 4th and 6th floors and take quarters so not the most convenient. The other thing I wish that was different was the outdoor furniture was in pretty rough shape. Florida is hummus so things don’t always dry very well. The cushions had mold on them. One of the chair cushions had a rip in it and the other side of the cushion had rust. It also did not fit the space so it was difficult not to block the outdoor bedroom door with one of the chairs. All in all it is a place I’d recommend.

Excellent property. Private beach access was great. Not crowded. Easy access off the main road. Only downside is no on site bar or place to get drinks.

Wonderful place to get to know the Destin area. Centrally located, easy access to everything and a great pool. With all of the maintenance updates, the common areas will be really nice next season. It'll look like a new property. 2023 should be great.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The workers were very pleasant, helpful and encourage using the facilities on your day of arrival & leaving. The property has great Amenities such as tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, a pool and loans out the required equipment to use them. It also has a well-equipped work out room. The room itself was well-equipped with nice pots, dishes, has a beautiful view and was very clean.
The only downside was there was no washer/dryer in the unit but they have a laundry room in the building. I will definitely stay here again.

My twin granddaughters and I stayed in unit 207 from August 18 thru August 25th. The three of us everyday said how beautiful this condo is. Very clean, and well decorated. The view from the master bedroom and living room, as well as the balcony is breathtaking watching the beautiful turquoise water every morning.
We will most definitely be staying there again. We miss it already.

It was a beautiful clean condo. My only issues were that the light bulbs were out in the bedroom lamps and I think newer patio furniture would be nice.

We have been vacationing here for over 20 years. Love the improvements. We were able to continue our family tradition of four generations spending time together. Grandchildren made themselves right at home as usual, parents were appreciative of the safe environment. Wonderful experience, we will return!

Unit is very well taken care of. Great view. We found that going down the stairs towards the corner of the building was easier than going to stairs.
