The dining set sits six, and the kitchen has a three-stool bar nook. In April 2015 the kitchen/bar was updated with new back splash, the condo was painted, and new carpet in both bedrooms. The unit also includes a 51-inch flat screen colored TV and a DVD/VCR combo in living room, plus a TV with cable and DVD players in each of the bedrooms.
Holiday Surf & Racquet Club, a gated complex directly on the beach, provides free beach service, free Wi-Fi, free DVD rentals, tennis courts, a fitness center, shuffleboard courts, on-site coin op laundry rooms, linen exchange service, and staff on-site available 24 hours.
