Watching schools of fish and porpoises swim by is a common daily event, it is amazing! Unit #601 is on the 6th floor and located practically right over the beach. This condo is equipped with a queen bed in the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and window with a view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed with access to the guest bathroom. The living room is equipped with a 55” HDTV with the SEC Network and tile throughout. Free WIFI and a private CORNER balcony with the best views in the building. You can also access your balcony from the master bedroom. There are a set of stairs right outside the condo for quick access to the beach, tennis courts or swimming pool or you can access the elevators in the center of the complex. Having a glass mirror living room wall allows one in the kitchen or living room to see right down the length of the beach.
