This condo was perfect. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, well equipped with towels and wash cloths, two people two bed and 2 bath. The pool and beach were wonderful and the condo location was out of the main drag but very close to everything. Easy to navigate. We were there September 23rd and it wasn't crowded. Beach chair service very handy. Furniture on the balcony is also new and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Unit 604 — excellent view. The front desk staff was amazing as always. Thank you Alex for putting our cold food in the frig! The night shift attendant was great. Umbrella service was excellent. The unit AC turned off at night. Seemed to be programmed that way & it was super hot — had to use box fans which was a huge let down.

Rental was nice. Bathroom Reno was pretty sloppy and no fans. We opened the slider for fresh air to get a breeze afterwards and got a text saying the slider was open “for an extended period of time” and to close it. Our air conditioning was off, so not sure what the issue is. Also felt very weird that they knew. We are high up and not an easy view of the slider. Is someone watching? Are there cameras? Felt odd and was frustrating to not enjoy the fresh air in the condo. Other than that the experience was good!

We always enjoy our visit to Holiday Surf and Racquet, and this was no different. Even though the gulf was not able to be entered, the beach was still wonderful!

This unit was clean, had a great view and was well supplied. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The condo was in a good location for any shopping needs. The best thing is that it’s right on the beach and has beach chairs & umbrellas provided!

The condo number 604 was beautifully decorated, well stocked with everything we needed, and a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed staying there it was very clean, it was quiet, and it’s the perfect location close to everything.

We had a great snowbird month. The condo was newly painted and had some new additions to it. Plenty of kitchen equipment to cook with.
We met so many new friends and had great weather during our stay. We look forward to next year.

There we too many issues to list, but the room was a disaster. The popcorn ceiling is falling from several areas. The furniture is decades old, stained...we had to put sheets over the couches to sit down. The management assured me the room (604) would be fixed up. I sure hope so.

I'll start with the bad things..condo was outdated, dish washer never worked and master bed was super uncomfortable. The great things, perfect location, view amazing from balcony, amazing location stores close by and great restaurants. We also were able to get a umbrella and 2 chairs on the beach everyday we were there with no issues. We will be back to this condo..just a different room. Overall super pleased and happy with our stay.

Our condo was not updated at all. Plastic chairs on the balcony. Not pleased with our condo but the property was awesome as always. Our room was not ready till after 4.

This was our 4th time at HSRC. We love the location and beach access. Always clean and staff is always friendly and helpful. We will go back.

We love HSRC! We were there for 2 months (mid January to mid March). The property is very clean, the beach is beautiful and we love that it's on the quiet Holiday Isle. All of the staff that we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Our condo had a beautiful view and we loved sitting on our balcony. The only downfall was this condo could use updated living room furniture, it was very worn and uncomfortable. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could think of (even though we purchased a sharp knife and a non-stick frying pan to use while there). We are booked for 2 months next year already.

Up front I will tell you that I'm a bit of a scaredy-cat. We work hard for our money and I'm always worried that we'll make the long trip for Oklahoma and the house/condo will be awful. Well, that was NOT the case here - Holiday Surf was absolutely the best - nicest people, great room, absolute access to the beach -- we loved it all! Go, stay, have a wonderful time!

This unit is sunrise facing with nice morning sun on the balcony. Everything was clean and functioning in the unit. However, this unit is in need of a serious makeover. The silk flower arrangements need to go, it needs fresh paint, color and an overall update from the 80's. Our friends were staying in a unit that had been completely remodeled and it was like they were in a 5 star resort with the same floor plan! We booked late, so not much choice was left, but all units seemed to be priced the same, so if you can, pick one with some updates. The property was very nice and convenient to shopping, dinner, etc.

this was my family 6th trip to Destin and stay at holiday surf. we keep coming back because of the location and staff and will keep coming back.

This unit needs to upgrade its hot water heater. Hot water didn't last for four showers. And normally there are beach toys and chairs in closets but none in this unit.

Holiday Surf as a resort was outstanding. All the amenities that a family would need. The personnel checking us in were friendly and accommodating. The only 2 negatives regarding my rental experience; Holiday Surf changed my room and did not inform me. we had two families and we each wanted a king bed or queen, which is why we made our first choice. The condo we were switched to - the 2nd bedroom bed was horrible. The bedframe was broken and the mattress needs to be changed. Our 2nd couple kept slipping to the middle and did not get a good night sleep.

The condo had an awesome view and suited our needs for our family. The master bed was a little firm but other than that we had a great stay. We would definitely rent again.
