We come down annually and was definitely worth the while. Can't wait to come back again next year!

We had so much fun. Just a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Unit was perfect. Very clean and quiet. Can’t wait to come back next year. Hope to make this an annual family trip for years to come.

Our unit was great! Easy access to the beach. Being on the first floor is a game changer. The unit also had several games available along with cable and streaming TV included.

The condo was great with the exception of the master bedroom bed. It was very uncomfortable. My husband slept on the couch all week due to it hurting his back. But other than that the accommodation are good. We bring 85 people with us each year and have a lot of fun!!

Love our condo & stay for the month! Our condo was cute & in a great location! We enjoyed beach, Pickleball, heated pool & brought our bikes. The staff & guests were very friendly & helpful. We are returning next year.

My family and I completely enjoyed our stay at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club room 119. We were overall impressed with the room. It was super clean and very spacious . It had everything we needed for days we chose to dine in. The Location of the room was perfect just a short walk right to the beach. We will most definitely be back again. I highly recommend this room.

Two bedroom, two bath ground floor condo with easy, direct access to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen, Harwood look, luxury vinyl flooring, updated bathrooms. The decor was not my taste but (plush sofas and sand and beach not a good mix) but it was nice. Looked like the unit had also been recently painted. The king bed was very firm, which I like but if you like a softer bed, just be aware. Lots of extra king pillows, which was also nice. We loved our stay and would recommend both Holiday Surf and this unit.

This was our third year at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club as we love the location and have been pleased with the condition of the property. However this year upon arrival we found our condo dirty and in need of owner attention.
The kitchen counters were not wiped down as it was sticky and covered with crumbs. The ice maker leaked into the refrigerator, the coffee maker was broken, and the broiler did not work in the oven.
We had to mop the entire condo by hand as the floors were dirty. When we turned on the vacuum cleaner it smelt like the motor was burning. On further investigating we found that the bag had been taken out and the vacuum had been run without a bag. Needless to say that tells me housekeeping isn't running a vacuum.
Upon check-in we filled out the sheet annotating any damages we found upon entry which were a broken lamp and a loose toilet paper holder. The following day a young maintenance man came and picked up the broken lamp and then he decided to move the paper holder and towel rack which left two holes in the wall. We asked for them to be repaired before our midmonth guest arrived however they never were. Both bathrooms are out of date and need attention. Overall we were very surprised at the degradation of this condo compared to others we have stayed in. What we did love about 119 was the location, easy access to the beech, courts and pool.
While the pictures look nice this unit needs some TLC.
During our staff there was a great deal of maintenance work going on however there were several things we noticed that were not getting done as they have in the past. The sidewalks were never swept on the ground level the entire month. There was a great deal on the walks that could have easily been blown away each morning by HSRC maintenance. The swimming pool was not kept clean like it has in the past.

Everything about this unit was good except the mattresses were not comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. AC worked really well.

Love the location and beach! However, it was time for the unit furniture to be replaced. The sofa was hard and it was like sitting on a bed frame. The master suite bed was sleeping in a V. Being a king size bed, you would think it would be big enough. Time to replace! Also, only 2 wash machines worked on 4th floor and 2 driers. Sooo frustrating.
Loved the kitchen, 2nd bedroom, and dinning room.

We love HSRC and have stayed multiple times. Facility was great. Unit 119 was a little rough vs what we expected from the photos. Worst was small sink grout

Size if 2 bedroom condo was perfect. Updated kitchen was nice. Wish they could add washer & dryer in units.
Loved being on 1st floor close to Pool $ Beach. Hope to book for same time next year!

Absolutely beautiful. One of the best locations in Destin. My family didn't want to leave:) I will recommend this property to anyone looking to stay anywhere near the gulf. We stayed in unit 119 (ground floor) & it was perfect for our family. I am sure the view from higher up balconies would be better but the convenience to the beach & pool was awesome.

Love staying at Holiday Surf and have for many years. This unit needs to stock the kitchen better. Pots and pans are awful. Not enough flatware. Only had 2 wine glasses. I don't eat out and enjoy cooking in the unit. Very disappointed in this area.

We've been coming to Holiday Surf for 10 years and have always had a wonderful stay! The rooms and grounds are well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. Anytime I talk about Destin I always recommend staying at Holiday Surf. It's a perfect location, close to everything, but out of the traffic and chaos of the main highway. I absolutely love it and can't wait to get back there next year!

We try to make a yearly trip to Holiday Surf and have been doing this for over 15 years. We have thought about trying other places to stay but have been so very happy with Holiday Surf there is no reason to look elsewhere! We had not stayed in Unit #119 before but it was our favorite of all time! Plan on inviting other family next year from Oklahoma to meet us there since we have raved about it for so long to them.

When we were much younger with small children, we began staying at HS&R, and did so for about 20 years, and made great memories. As our children got older, we were involved in their activities and did not visit HS&R annually. We are so happy that we were back this year with our children and their families. HS&R is a great place for is so convenient to the beach (no stairs), restaurants, family activities and shopping. We have always liked the layout at HS&R, the pool, tennis courts, shuffle board and the front desk/office, should you need anything, are all within a few steps. The office staff is "super"! Our condo was very nice, updated and clean. We did have some issues with the TV, but the staff was so very helpful. We have already made plans to return next year.
