The unit was clean and stocked. View was outstanding and staff were polite and helpful. The beach team was amazing, and umbrella and chair setup was helpful.Looking to stay in this unit again soon.

I stayed at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club for a few days to getaway and experience Destin with family. My one bedroom condo was spacious, clean and had everything I needed for my stay. It was great having some starter supplies as well like coffee. I enjoyed the pool and beach being so close and the staff was friendly and courteous.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Very clean and everyone was extremely friendly. The location of the property was very nice and the beach was beautiful and clean. Would definitely recommend staying at this location.

Condo 513 was one of the cleanest condos I have ever rented. I found out the first night that the AC unit kicks on and shuts off very loudly. I adjusted the thermostat accordingly so it wouldn't kick on at night. The Holiday Surf staff were all very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and well maintained. Bonus was that the beach chairs and umbrella are included. Although they had a snack and soda vending machine, there is no restaurant nor tiki bar on property. Bonus is that its far enough away from Harbor Blvd to be very quiet, but close enough to walk or drive to stores. I vacation in Destin 4-5 times a year and will definitely be back.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and right on the beach with beach service. Close enough to all the restaurants but not in a location that was too busy.

It was the cleanest best room we’ve stayed in. The staff is incredibly nice. The beach access is unlike others we’ve seen, it’s big and very peaceful! There isn’t a single thing we would change!

We love staying at Holiday Surf & Racquet Club & have come here many times the last 40 years! Holiday Isle is off the fast 98 with not the tall condos where you have no beach space. Every unit we have stayed in has a gorgeous view & the units are kept well furnished and remodeled. A great family place!

Views of the gulf are amazing! We love coming to Holiday Surf for the location. This unit has been updated. It seems they are still working on some finishing touches on the flooring to fill in some gaps but that doesn't take away from the overall useability of the unit. The bed is comfortable.

This was without a doubt the most well equipped kitchen we have ever found in a rental unit. And great quality as well.

We had the best time on our weekend getaway for our three kids. We enjoyed our beautiful room. The location of the Holiday Surf can not be beat. We were able to watch dolphins from our balcony all weekend.

There was a lot of construction going on during the month. The front staff was very friendly but could be more informed about the area and the rules and regulations. Jeremy, from maintenance, was helpful, prompt, and courteous.

We throughly enjoyed our stay as always and look forward to returning in the future. The only issue we had was with the Tvs in property #513. We had the hardest time getting the one in the living room to turn on and connect and the one in the bedroom we couldn't even get it to change channels. Too many remotes made enjoying watching TV complicated. Other than that everything was wonderful.

We loved the location of the property and the amenities were great! The ONLY thing that I would complain about is the general cleanliness of the condo. It was just very dirty and dusty around the baseboards and the vent fans. It just really needed a good, deep cleaning in general--floors, windows, walls, etc. For the amount of money we paid, I expected the property to be in tip top shape, but the furniture had seen better days for sure! The staff was very nice and we loved the view. The updated kitchen was beautiful with granite countertops and beautiful cabinetry. If the condo had been cleaned really well, I would have no complaints at all!

We have stayed in this condo multiple times but have been this disappointed. This condo was run down and filthy. There was mold in the bath tub. The blankets and sheets WERE NOT washed before our stay and the bathroom floor had gross leftovers from the previous renters.
Our friends found bed bugs in their condo just a few down from this one so I have been on edge ever since coming home that we carried them home.
This room and cleaning staff is in major need of a pick me up.
After 5 consecutive years of coming here, we plan to take our business elsewhere next year.
We are thankful for the memories we have made though.

The property needed the thorough cleaning and updates to bathroom. We reported problems with lighting and Electric in kitchen but never received a response. The bedroom came with a sheet and thin bedspread. No extra blankets were available. Could not really enjoy the patio as it faced our next door neighbors; no privacy. Well I would recommend holiday surf oh, we would not recommend this particular unit.

I like the location. The unit I stayed in could have been cleaner. The carpets were dirty and it was obvious the unit has been used a lot and needed to be updated. I love the location of the complex and would stay there agin, however I would choose another unit to rent.

I have stayed here for several years. I could tell management had changed. Mostly good, maybe a little too strict on some things. Overall we had a good small vacation.

I've vacationed in Destin countless times over the years. I've stayed at Holiday Surf and Racquet the last 4 times and could not be any happier with the property and it's location to everything I do while there. This was my first time in unit #513, and I was very satisfied with the unit, very nice and will definitely rent the unit again in the future.

We love coming here because it is not so large of a place that it takes so long to get to the beach which by the way is just an easy walk from the condo. It is usually very peaceful.

Family of four with a 4 and 5 year old. The condo was perfect, the boys slept on the pull out. We all loved the view of the pool, courts, and of course - the beach. Amenities were exactly what we needed. No complaints, management and staff were very welcoming, pleasant, and helpful.

We have been traveling to Destin for Fourth of July the past ~10 years, Holiday Surf & Racquet for 5 of those years. The updates to the lobby were much needed and well done.
Unit 513 was decorated in a very modern way to our taste and also had great upgraded appliances and TVs. The view was fantastic (as with most units) and fairly close to the elevator (for those heavy grocery hauls!).
The only real negatives were in the kitchen flooring and bathroom. The flooring in the kitchen seemed slightly unfinished in a small potion under the counters, functions fine but not aesthetically appealing. The bathroom seemed to have a slow leak from the toilet and some of the wood on the sink cabinetry could use replacing. Bed was a bit firm for my wife’s taste, but I found it comfortable.
Overall a very enjoyable stay, with some minor work done this would be five stars and probably one of the top one bedroom units on the property.

When we first arrived, there was an issue with our room's new keyless entry system. The code given to us was not working. Had to wait about an hour or so for one of the maintenance workers (Sam) to fix it. Sam was incredible! So much so, that we bought him donuts to thank him for all of his hard work! Front desk staff was incredibly helpful (and delightful) throughout this process as well. Would not want to stay anywhere else in Destin!

Upon arrival only one elevator in service. With only one elevator working at check in (LOTS of folks trying to get their luggage to their unit) causing long wait times trying to get settled into the unit. Our unit (#513) was very nice maintained well. We did have issue with the AC unit, but maintenance folks took care of it ASAP.
Overall, the property appears to be ready for major remodel. Paint peeling, rust, etc. At first glance we were concerned that our units would look like the overall appearance of the property.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay at Holiday Surf. Hope to get back for another vacation after property has much needed 'face-lift'...
