Great location on the beach with great views. Clean and comfortable condo. Had lots of dishes and cookware, even though we didn’t use much as we ate out for dinner, and just made sandwiches for lunch. Had a very nice and quiet stay.

We rented 609 this year. It was our second year to stay at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club. We had 4 condos last year.
609 was clean and beautiful. Nothing could be improved on. In fact, we have reserved 609 for next year. Pool is great, beach is steps away and amazing. We loved sitting on the balcony in the early am and evening.

This was our 6th year staying at HSRC, but first in this unit! I loved it. It was clean and kid-proofed. Beautiful view.

Beautiful view. Unit was very clean and comfortable. TV streaming was terrible at times...we were told that they were changing to a new provider. Excellent location. Easy access to anything you wanted to do, yet in a quiet neighborhood.

condo #609 was very very clean and organized views of the pool and beach were spectacular fully stocked kitchen plenty of room for 2 adults
and even a child.. one of the elevators was down but once repaired it worked like a charm the 6 days we stayed.. paid washer and dryer on 4th floor but work very well..highly recommended and will go back.. smoking and grilling (charcoal) area out in front of the building..

The view was perfect! Cute and clean and the staff was awesome! Loved the pool and private beach. Very peaceful and relaxing. The furniture was nice and comfy. We really enjoyed our stay.

The unit was clean, furnished well, bed was comfortable. My only complaint is the toilet needs replacing, old and too low, had to hold down handle to flush properly. Overall the unit 609 is comfortable for 2 adults.

We loved our stay at Holiday Surf and Raquet Club. This was the second year staying in 609. We love the location and the staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Our unit had some improvements done to it since last year. The kitchen was all redone making it appear more open and spacious. Love the shiplap siding on the wall that used to have mirrors. While remodeling the kitchen the owners took out the closet that was at the end of the hall and then took half of the walk in closet in the bedroom to store their stuff. When we began to unpack we realized how this remodeling really took away from our storage from last year. We made it work but our bedroom was very cluttered and we had to live out of suitcases due to lack of dresser and closet space. A way to rectify this would be to put a larger dresser in the bedroom. The existing dresser is a TV console and has very little drawer space. We did use the TV armoire in the dining room to store our food so that worked out OK. bathroom needs to be remodeled. Tub is stained on the floor and caulk by the faucet was moldy. Some units put a small linen closet in the wall jutting into the furnace room. Makes space for toiletries. Would be a nice added feature.
Maintenance workers were prompt and helpful. Our water was hooked up wrong and we had no hot water in the bathroom. They fixed it rapidly.
Overall loved our experience. Love the view and location of our unit.

We had a great vacation. The condo has a fantastic view and location. I would recommend a new sleeper as the mattress is not fit for much more than a toddler. It is very thin and does not feel supported. I thought overall it was clean but could use some TLC as I was told it was newly renovated. The balcony is great and the patio furniture was comfy and perfect for morning coffee. I would rent the unit again.

Staff was friendly and very helpful with excellent customer service. Facility was extremely well run and maintained. Accommodations were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Beach was amazing, the young man in charge of the beach was friendly and helpful. Being a work-out fanatic, the facility provided an excellent gym. All in all, a perfect getaway for my 79th birthday!

The bedroom decor is a little outdated, but you can’t beat the view of this condo! We had a great time on our vacation. There are a lot of close places to eat as well.

Great location, quiet, perfect pool and beach area. Very clean, quiet and gated! We loved the condo, the view, it was very clean, BUT the furniture in the living room is in need of being updated. It was old and worn out and not comfortable for a 7 day stay.

We booked about a month before our vacation. We booked the room 612 we've been looking at 6:12 for a month excited only to get there and find out we're in 609 because 612 is a private owner they don't rent there condo. So right away I'm concerned. Unit 609 needs updated. Everything else about the vacation was fine thank you.

The condo overlooks the gulf. The view is amazing! Beach chair service is provided, such a nice amenity. The property was lovely.

We had a great time! The condo was lovely. BUT the mattress in the
bedroom was squeaky & seemed to be worn out. And the mattress on the sofa sleeper was paper thin! The bathroom sink faucet drove me nuts!! and they do do provide enough bath towels until it’s exchange time!

Enjoyed my stay and met some good friends, but would Have been much happier if the condo unit had been more updated and didn't have damage in the ceiling from the rain, and also some of the appliances did not work , for instance the coffee pot the hand mixer the ice maker and the microwave was very old and rusting in the bottom, of course all that was replaced with new.

Awesome family of 3 condo! Elavators & ramps @ Boardwalk are great for handicap or elders. Nice shaded tables with umbrellas @ pool. Free dvd rentals. Husband enjoyed 2 days fishing on charter boats in the Gulf & a ride on the Sea Blaster FREE! Would love to visit again soon!

It was very clean, friendly staff and close to the beach at a reasonable price. It was nice to be able to get 2 beach chairs and an umbrella everyday and set up for u without the hassle of worry about if they would run out of them and the cost of renting them everyday. The view from the balcony was gorgeous.

We love Destin and we vacation there every year. I had not stayed at Holiday Surf and Racquet in years and decided to try it again. We had a great stay. The unit was nice and very comfortable. We did have a problem with the plumbing. The shower didn't drain properly and the dishwasher didn't work.
I was dissatisfied with the "smoking" area. I was there with my two kids and I didn't love leaving the condo and not being able to smoke on the balcony.
The office was friendly and the lobby had been updated, it was beautiful.

Awesome rental at a great price! Condo is exactly as picture, clean, and with wonderful views. Holiday surf and racquet offers great amenities such as free DVD rental kiosk, chair/umbrella, dry saunas, and a nice pool/tennis area!
