We love to stay at this property. This was our fourth time & all the condos we have rent rented have been exceptionally clean. The staff is friendly and we love the location & the beach service is so convenient! We will be back again!!!

Overall, we had a great experience at Holiday Surf and Racquet for our anniversary getaway. The condo was very welcoming with great beach view and access. The only issue we had was the bed. The bed had a big hump in the middle of it making it somewhat uncomfortable. I don't agree with paying a cleaning fee when we have to take the trash out. Why can't housekeeping make a daily or every other day pass through the condos to pickup trash and give fresh towels? If customers have to take out the trash, there should be a trash-shoot instead of having to carry trash down the elevator and through the building to dispose of. Even at hotels you don't have to pay cleaning fees or take out your trash, and they bring fresh towels to the room atleast every other day.

We have stayed at Holiday Surf and Racquet several times and this unit was by far the nicest one we have stayed at so far.

The only compliant we have is that the frig. didn't work like it should. It may have read 33 degrees on the frig. and -3 degrees on the freezer but, it was not that cold and it threatened to ruin our food. The ice maker also wouldn't make any more ice than what was already in it.

This unit is in a great location for morning coffee on the balcony. The unit decor is in cool colors and not overdone.

I love renting at this complex. I highly value that there is a front desk and staff to answer questions & to help with any issues that arise during the stay. And the condo is fabulous--well maintained & clean with a fully, functional kitchen/accessories. Since I found this complex and this condo, I don't rent anywhere else when I travel to Destin. And of course, beautiful, white beaches and chair/umbrella service at no cost! Last, I'm a solo, female traveler and I feel very safe on Holiday Isle & at this gated complex.

This was our third stay at Holiday Surf, and we always enjoy our visit. Unit 722 is beautiful, so clean, with a wonderful view. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Can't' wait to return!

Another fun and relaxing trip to Holiday Surf! Unit #722 was very comfortable and peaceful. Beach chair service was awesome! Great restaurant visits were to Louisiana Laniappe and Harbor Tavern(3 times). Grilled out a couple of times. Some nice additions would be a tea-kettle to heat water and improved internet connection. Highly recommend #722 and will definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our beach vacation at Holiday Surf & Racquet Club. The condo was beautiful & very clean! It had everything we needed. Beautiful views. The property was clean & location is perfect. All the staff was pleasant & helpful. This was our 4th stay on the property & love coming here. First time staying in 722 & love it!

We had a wonderful trip. The room was very nice. The views off porch are wonderful. You could even see the fireworks from the back patio The only thing is the umbrella rentals and having to claim to make sure a front seat. I can see both sides of the story but it’s a hassle. First trip there in forty years plus and it’s the same as I remembered it. It has many pros that make it a great convenience being close to everything. The east jetty always has the magic with all of the cool boats and the sunset cruises that come out. This room offers 2 people a quiet stay with a perfect view to wake up to with a cup of coffee. Going back in October so that tells you it’s a great place to stay in Destin. And get engaged on the the beach so it was a memorable trip to my fiancé and me.

This condo is beautifully decorated. Loved the views from the balcony. Saw many dolphins, herons and even a shark.
Bathroom was beautiful and bed was comfy.
Everything in the kitchen you could need. Even found more pots and pans in the tv cabinet. They even had an egg poaching pan - It was great - I bought one when I got home.
Picture shows a regular coffee maker, so we brought regular coffee. But when we got there it was a Keurig. We didn't bring any so we had to go out and buy some the next morning. - On our last day I did find the regular coffee maker under the sink, Oh well.
We would definitely stay here again

This is our third year visiting Holiday Surf and first time for this unit. The unit is very nice with just about everything you need for your stay. the unit has amazing views and is very comfortable. My only critic would be that I of liked better cookware, such as pan. We stay for two weeks and it was difficult to prepare a few items. Overall this is a great unit.

The newly renovated unit (722) was very well done. Top of the line finishes and tasteful décor. The patio offered a fantastic view of the sunsets. We did not get to use the free beach service in that it started March 1. The Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is very clean and well maintained. The staff was welcoming and fun. We stayed 2 weeks and would definitely recommend this unit and property.

Unit was on the top floor with a direct ocean front view and on the beach. Beautifully equipped unit including umbrella and 2 chair rental all included.

This space was very clean with great function! The kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed to cook and prepare meals minus the groceries. The views were amazing from the balcony. The beach service was convenient and the staff were very helpful!
The one hiccup we had was upon arrival...our deadbolt was not functional. Check in was after 4 so by the time we got there to unload everything and get settled in, it was a bit unnerving to need to leave with no way to secure our luggage...etc to go get food to stock the kitchen for the next days or food for the night. It was also inconvenient to not be able to leave the room to even take a walk on the beach knowing we couldn’t secure our unit. I was a bit frustrated knowing that check out time is at 10 am and we couldn’t check in until after 4pm and this was the first problem we encountered upon arrival. I felt like this was a very important maintenance problem that should have been fixed prior to our arrival, knowing the unit was going to be occupied for the week.
We notified the staff and they attempted to call the after hours locksmith team who did not respond after multiple calls.
I felt the staff did as best they could and offered their support and needless to say we had the maintenance guy arrive first thing the next morning and this was fixed. We thoroughly enjoyed the rest of our stay without any additional hiccups.
The WiFi in the unit was not initially working due to incorrect login info. This was easily corrected upon our arrival and was never really a problem.
We enjoyed our experience here and despite the initial problem with the lock we would definitely stay here again! It was a great family atmosphere!

This was our third stay at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club and we never leave disappointed. This unit was very beautiful and up to date. The view from the balcony is amazing. The one and only complaint is there is no view of the ocean from the bedroom.

Front desk staff was so accommodating and friendly. Our room and the facility was very clean and was as advertised on the website. Beautiful, clean and very well maintained beach with great beach access and the complimentary chairs and umbrella was a great addition to our stay!
