Come and relax in this beautiful condo with a private balcony and lanai. It has been nicely furnished with a true beach feel and was recently redecorated. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed to enjoy a homecooked meal after enjoying the beach. Come to relax and enjoy the sunsets and views of the Gulf, East Pass, and the pool. Youll have access to two TVs, a DVD player, and a stereo with a CD player. Enjoy what Magnolia House has to offer its guests a 30x30 seasonally heated pool, a community hot tub, a large sundeck, bathrooms, a picnic area complete with three charcoal grills, shuffleboard, and two tennis courts. Beach chairs are only available on the gulf side but guests have access to the beach on the Jetty side.
THINGS TO KNOW
Seasonal beach service one umbrella and two chairs is included. This service begins March 15 and ends October 31.
Seasonal tram service will run March 20 October 31, Monday Sunday 9 am 530 pm last pick up at 515 pm. Lunch break from 2 pm 230 pm daily. Hours and operation dates are subject to change at any moment.
