As the decor may suggest, Florida sun is not only welcomed but is a source of pride! Lounge out on the patio, which opens up to a grassy common area everyone can enjoy. Of course, the shared community pool is one of the best ways to beat the heat. Before cooking up dinner in the full kitchen (and eat together at the breakfast bar), stick the swimsuits in the private washer/dryer so they're ready to go for the beach.

The beach is just two blocks and and a short crossing of Scenic Gulf Drive away. Don't forget to stop at Pompano Joe's for some coconut shrimp once you arrive! Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just four-and-a-half miles from the condo. Beyond the beach, guests can take in 18 holes at the award-winning Raven Golf Club, just over five miles away.
