Our family spent a week in March in Unit 29 and had a wonderful time. This is our second time staying at Sandpiper Cove. Unit 29 is right across the street from the condo office (great for the towel exchange and any general questions), a quick walk to both the beach, a heated pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, and had everything we needed for a great stay (kitchen supplies, towels, washer/dryer, beach supplies). The unit was very clean, but there were some signs of aging in the unit (paint peeling off some of the cabinets, some stains on the furniture, etc.) but none of that was disruptive to our stay. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place to stay in Destin. The location and amenities of Sandpiper Cove cannot be beat.

We have been vacationing here off and on for almost 40 years and have always loved the convenience and security of Sandpiper Cove. #29 was one of the many townhomes, villas, canal, harbor, and golf units we have rented over the years. It was very comfortable for our group of 5 (could easily have accommodated more), and our only complaint was a too small refrigerator that did not seal well both in the freezer section and the the refrigerated part. Although it was not large enough to handle multiple families, we were careful to not overload it. The other furnishings were comfortable and attractive, and the unit was very clean.

Beautifully decorated and beds were very comfortable. Love the location and security. The beach was beautiful and a very short walk. Our first family vacation was amazing. Owner provided some beach chairs, beach wagons and thankful for the full size washer and dryer. Definitely stay again!!

Our vacation there at Sandpiper Cove was very relaxing and peaceful. Unit #29 was very spacious and clean. The only issue was the king size bed upstairs squeaked every time you turned or moved. One of the treads going upstairs to the upper bedroom is coming up.

Unit 29 was exactly as pictured. Kirra made the check-in process easy. She answered all my questions and has great customer service. The unit was clean and a convenient walk to the beach which is across the street. Also, a great location to restaurants and shopping centers. There were a few minor cosmetic issues upon the initial walkthrough but, nothing that hindered or inconvenienced my family’s stay. The issues were reported to the front desk and I was offered for maintenance to come fix the issues at that time. I would definitely stay at Unit 29 again.

Our family had an amazing time in Destin on vacation. Sandpiper Cove was the perfect place to stay. It was convenient to everything. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. Actually plenty of room for more! It was only a short walk to the beach. We will certainly be coming back!

We take a Destin Vacation every year, for the past 5 years. This place was clean and a good size! It held our boat trailers and we were able to have our boat docked there, which was what we were looking for in a house. Only down fall is that we had to load and unload the truck with fishing gear to take it to the boat and back to the house. No golf carts available on site (there was one in our parking area that we didn’t have access too) & the workers told us we could rent one else where but would take up a parking pass.. which we were not able to give up a pass because we have 3 vehicles. This house did not come with any paper towels, dish washer detergent, cleaner, food seasonings or anything like that. The previous places we have stayed at had all of it.
Not a bad place though! If we could get by the boat dock with a 3bdr we would go again.

Nice and clean unit with newer furnishings. The grounds are pretty and well maintained. Our only complaint is we came in one evening and found huge palmetto bugs (looks like oversized roaches) in the kitchen. We reported it to a gate attendant since it was after office hours and he acted like that was common and no big deal! We have stayed at Sandpiper Cove several times and NEVER had bugs in the unit. He said they could have someone come and spray but they never did. A neighbor who lives in the complex year round told us the office should have sent someone out to spray. We’ve always enjoyed our stays in Sandpiper Cove so hopefully next time will be better. I don’t fault the owners of this unit. I would absolutely stay in this unit again as it was very nice. This was more of a customer service and maintenance issue.

Plenty of space for our mini family reunion. The downstairs patio space was perfect. It's covered and the breeze from the gulf was wonderful. Right across the street from the beach.

What a wonderful experience! This beautiful condo is spacious, beautifully renovated and decorated. It is also spacious. There were 5 of us staying in this condo—all adults—and there was room to spare. Highly recommend. Owner/manager provided clear instructions and easy check in and check out. Beach was an easy walk and BEAUTIFUL.

We loved our accommodations this year. We have visited SPC each summer for 22 years. Our family has grown over the years and the town home was the perfect size for all of us.. The only thing I missed was a washer and dryer with this unit.

This is the 4th time I've stayed in this unit. Always immaculately clean and tidy. This unit is so cozy. The temporary renters ban due to the pandemic was lifted 2 days before we were set to arrive. The owner kept us updated almost daily on this and that kind of communication was impressive as our vacation was on the line.

I just returned to the snow after a month at Sandpiper Cove. This townhouse / condo was the perfect home away from home while I was in Destin. The property description and pictures are a true representation. When I arrived, it was clean and well maintained. The staff at Sandpiper Cove are friendly, welcoming and professional. I have now hesitation of recommending this property to anyone including my friends and family. I love Destin and Sandpuper Cove!

We enjoyed our stay here. The rental was decorated nicely and we had everything that we needed. Our only complaint was that the carpet in the master bedroom is dirty and needs replaced or at the very least needs to be cleaned. We would definitely stay again. The restaurant on site is amazing and I highly recommend eating there.

Our vacation in Destin is really a kidcation. Our grandkids love the beach. Sandpiper Cove has been our vacation spot for 5 years. It gets better each year. #29 is perfect four our family. The area is always clean and quiet.

We love staying at Sandpiper Cove. I stayed here with my parents when I was younger and then again when my daughter graduated from high school. Three years later we came back with our daughter her new husband and his family. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back.

Was the best conditions and weather we could have expected. Staff was helpful at all times. HAD PROBLEM with heat on arrival and someone was called in to fix problem. Property in general is upgraded and well maintained.
